I know what I pay for, but I don’t like paying when I cancelled
I know what I’m paying for when I subscribe. Entertainment. I buy a week every few months. But what I don’t like is when I cancel my subscription I get charged again (Without membership benefits)! And when I try to prove to Apple that I have cancelled, they deny the refund. I have also reached out to DramaBox directly with no response! If you’re going to charge me after I have cancelled, at least let me have access to the dramas. Not happy.

Stop the AI
Love this app, spend $20 a week to watch the shows. But the past couple of weeks, I’ve been noticing all the shows are now AI. It’s really annoying. Not a fan. This is my last week paying for a subscription. Will be deleting the app and my account.

The stories The stories are really good, but when you don’t have any money, listening to f—ing ads that last a minute or two for a video that’s not even a full minute, it’s just…not worth it, it really ruins the experience.
Price turns one off
A little lower pricing would make more bank, but I doubt I lol see it.
