I know what I pay for, but I don’t like paying when I cancelled
I know what I’m paying for when I subscribe. Entertainment. I buy a week every few months. But what I don’t like is when I cancel my subscription I get charged again (Without membership benefits)! And when I try to prove to Apple that I have cancelled, they deny the refund. I have also reached out to DramaBox directly with no response! If you’re going to charge me after I have cancelled, at least let me have access to the dramas. Not happy.

Love this app, spend $20 a week to watch the shows. But the past couple of weeks, I’ve been noticing all the shows are now AI. It’s really annoying. Not a fan. This is my last week paying for a subscription. Will be deleting the app and my account.

The stories The stories are really good, but when you don’t have any money, listening to f—ing ads that last a minute or two for a video that’s not even a full minute, it’s just…not worth it, it really ruins the experience.

A little lower pricing would make more bank, but I doubt I lol see it.

The add thing on it to be able to watch them for free isn’t working at all I’ve tried on several different shorts and it’s not working other than that it’s pretty good but I can’t finish any of the ones I was watching to watch and I’m not putting money into an app to watch little shorts.

It used to be THE BEST of the apps for drama shorts. We could save the points earned through daily rewards and spend them all at once. But now, they expire after a few days. Totally disappointing!

Only ONE min
So you can watch ads or you can pay a high rate of subscriptions BUT if you watch an ad, you only get ONE MINUTE of watching. They only let you watch 8 ads, so only 8 mins of a show for 8 30 sec ads. 🙄 I mean I get they want you to pay for it but at least make it fair for those that choose to watch ads. You only get ONE min to watch per ad, that’s crazy!! I’ll be deleting.

Reason why I don’t like this app very much
I have to watch adds or do something to get coin’s just to watch each and every episode, it is very annoying and the episodes are super short, I would rather watch it on YouTube
