Thoroughly disappointed
The app crashes a lot, calls drop very frequently when not on WiFi (they also drop a surprisingly high amount of times while on WiFi). When you’re on a call and the line rings, the internal ringtone is absurdly loud and persistent. I have I have headphones in and I make or accept a call, it always switches to my phones speaker first and I have to manually switch back to my headphones. Even while on WiFi, but especially when I’m on cellular data, I have customer’s complaining that my voice sounds very robotic when calling them using the app.

Y’all need to update
Update the app. It crashes every time after the iOS16 updates. Yes I have uninstalled, restart my phone and reinstalled it and it doesn’t work. Fix it. Over 6 months since you sent an update.
Life changing
I love how easy this is to use!
I no longer have to worry about missing calls when I am out of the office and coming back to a pile of voicemails.
I don’t have to give clients my cell number, just my office phone number, and it forwards to my cell via this app.
When I call people from my cell I use this app and it calls masking it as my office number.
When I have to work from home (usually due to sick kids) I don’t have to worry about bringing my office voip phone hardware home, because this app is all I need!

Great Productivity
This app allows me to leave my office and still get phone calls from my desk phone number. I can also return calls with the app using my desk phone telephone number so I do not share my cell number.
