Not even working everytime I close out the app it logs me out !!!!! What the hell and I pay a monthly subscription!!!!!!
Stopped working
All of a sudden they stopped working all three of them. I think this company stopped the ability for these cameras to work. Terrible.

Esta app cuando quiere funciona y cuando no, no. Llevo varios días sin poder acceder a la cámara? ya que al abrir la app e ingresar se cierra 👎🏼 muy chafa.

Keeps Crashing
App crashes when the camera or live video is clicked on. Also crash’s when recordings are clicked. Useless.

Will not update to work with latest OS as of Nov 2024 no longer working
Apple did its latest update in Nov 2024 and now the Altec Smart Security system no longer works. Shuts down when I try to click on the video. They need to update the software to work with latest Apple update

Moved Camera
I moved my camera from the garage to outside. Now it show offline . I can’t add a new location or cam because I don’t have the barcode. The unit is about 3 yrs old!!!

Esta aplicación se cierra , no graba , no te reconoce el wifi , se corta la comunicación, ESTA APP ES UNA ESTAFA !! Compre esta cámara en (mobo) y no la puedo usar si no está la app instalada, app que no sirve ni funciona al 100% , deberían de sacar esta estafa del mercado
