Superior customer service
I love that customer service is very quick to make replacements or adjustments in the rare occasion that there isa problem with an order.
Messed Up App with Update
Not liking new version one bit! Scrolling is confusing with two rows, so much easier with one row. My Recent Orders does not show any purchased items beyond the thumbnail Awful!
Love your Products
Your stamps, die and Stencil are beautiful.
I Wish I Didn’t, But I Do.
It’s true, I wish there was just one product
I don’t want. Alas, not so much as one. Someone tell me why I put the app on my cellphone? Alas, no one can.
I’m on a collection binge of the markers
most recently. Quality all the way.
The compliments I get on cards I create using their products makes my heart very happy…so needed for my current state of mind these days. Thank you Altenew.

Great App
This app works perfectly. I’ve never had any issues when I shop with it. I’ve discovered money saving deals when using the app too.
Easy to use
Altenew app is one of my favorites.
Easy to navigate and use the app to order and sign up for classes at the same time.

Hard to see the entire page
When you go to home page through the app it is very difficult to see the entire page! I prefer to enter the site through Google, you see the Entire home page. It is easier to navigate and look at your cart, just in case you select 2 instead of 1, from google I can delete an extra item easily. Thank You. Patty

App does not link accounts
I wish the app would pull up items which have been added to my basket while using the web browser. Also, it’s difficult to distinguish which rewards are still available and which have already been redeemed.
Looking for specific items
The app was fairly easy to navigate. One could scroll the new and sale items. However if you were looking for something else, one had to look a little deeper. It does have a search feature but it took me a while to find it.

Love the 3D embossing folders especially when they’re on sale and FREE shipping!
