Nostalgia overload but…

Horrible App, Too Many Ads
This game shows you two ads before you can even begin to play. If you try to exit the ads, the game restarts. I can understand showing ads in between the game ending and a new game but to slam players with two ads before you even begin is cheap. What a pile of junk. I deleted it.

Did an awesome job recreating a childhood classic for us 80’s & early 90’s babies. Coolest part is you can now play this game anywhere anytime….Thank you Sega & Apple 👍🏽🙌🏽💪🏽
Needs a patch for external controller use
I bought a Kishi Razer to play this game with since the controls on the screen are too clunky. It does work well with this game. I’d like a game upgrade patch to facilitate better gameplay. Thanks in advance.
Can’t save
The game is great but when you go to save you can’t some issues I’m guessing this is happening with all sega games because golden axe is the same way! Please fix this sega! This is a great game!
Great Game, just fix the ads.
This is an amazing game, it’s fun, has good graphics (for the time, this was made in 1989), and deserves better treatment. You can play the game offline, but you are limited to not being able to rewind and save. The problem is the ads (as all mobile games are), however. You can’t even save without viewing an ad! Not only that, but the game gives you an ad often when you pause! Sega, remove these issues, and I will bump this up to 5 stars.

Classic that needs a remake
Very simple yet amazing and with todays tech this game would be a massive hit. We all play the games because we want are characters to get stronger as we play the game and this game delivered that early.

Advertising is very intrusive, it took over 30 seconds to get thru an ad, just to get hit with another, I haven’t even hit START yet! Wow!

Blood boiling
This game is great and all but it’s hard as heck. When you die no matter how far you are into the game when you die you go back to the 1st level. Plz change this and make you start from the beginning of the stage or something like that. Thanks.

The ad hovers over the start button. I kept trying to hit start under the button but went to the ad. Had to uninstall.
Don’t Get This Game! Not Age Appropriate! Good However.
You will notice when you get this game it is 9+ (from the App Store 9+ means cartoon/fantasy violence) but this is more than cartoon violence, this may seem shocking, but there is some mild blood every time you defeat an enemy, the storyline is more than dark for 9 year olds, it’s about rising from a grave to defeat enemies attacking it. This should be age rated AT LEAST 12+ for mild blood. The game is good nevertheless, going back to the 90s to play the nostalgic beat-em-up on a really annoying piece of mechanisms. The shocking age-rating is why the 3-Star rating from me is shown. There’s also some gore! 12-17+ age rating for me. Shocking age rating for sure. Thank you for reading this long piece of writing. SEGA, please change the age rating if you read, I just want kids to be appropriate, please change the age rating, it would make the app much better. Thanks!

Not playable
I guess that’s the idea. They are so aggressive with adds to get you to buy the add free version. All it did was make it impossible for me to play the game with multiple adds interrupting game play. I couldn’t get any continuity in game play because add after ad popped up. Can’t really give you much of a review on game play bugs or anything else. Couldn’t even get that far before getting frustrated and uninstalling.

It won’t upload
I really like this game, but my problem that it doesn’t upload. It gets stuck on the loading page and stays there. I downloaded another saga retro game to see if I had the same problem but I didn’t. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded again more than once. Can someone help?????
Very fun
I think this is an amazing experience. I enjoy this, it is pretty hard however, that’s what brings it down, but that’s what the original version was like. Over all, I give it a 8/10. And is a great download.
Ads...so much ads
You can’t even start playing the game without a 45 second ad wall. I deleted the app without even playing because there were ads everywhere.
