All around the bare minimum
Firstly the app is full of bugs, you have to delete and reinstall. The personal gym is always full, the time you get is extremely limited so you have to rush and they request 50€ plus. Extremely frustrating experience, I would never renew.

What is this we get banned for two days do you understand that we pay a lot of money and you’re not letting us go to the gym that we pay every month to go to just because something came up and we canceled ??? Am stopping my membership like now

Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω πώς γίνεται μια απλή εφαρμογή κινητού για κρατήσεις να είναι ΤΟΣΟ κακή για ΤΟΣΟ καιρό. Μετά το τελευταίο update δεν δούλευε η αλλαγή κωδικού, μετά δε δούλευε σωστά το κλείσιμο ραντεβού, δεν υπάρχει κάπου ένα tab να ενημερωθεί ο χρήστης για βασικά πράγματα, μου ερχοντουσαν ειδοποιήσεις στο κινητό και όταν άνοιγα την εφαρμογή δεν υπήρχε τίποτα. Το τελευταίο και αγαπημένο δε κερασάκι στην τούρτα, μετά από ακύρωση ραντεβού έχω μπλοκαριστεί για 48 ώρες από το κλείσιμο ραντεβού (σεβαστή πολιτική της εταιρείας). Είναι Παρασκευή και το μπλοκάρισμα συνέβη τρίτη απόγευμα. Καμιά ενημέρωση για το ποτε τελειώνουν αυτές οι 48 ώρες αλλά προς το παρόν σίγουρα έχουμε χάσει το μέτρημα. Θέλω ειλικρινά να μου εξηγήσετε ΠΟΣΟ ΔΥΣΚΟΛΟ είναι να υπολογίσετε 48 ώρες από την τρίτη στις εφτά το απόγευμα μέχρι την Πέμπτη στις εφτά το απόγευμα. Ευχαριστώ.

Agree with others
A English version would be helpful for the other 8,000,000,000 people living on this planet. With 32,000,000 people transiting through Greece each year (3x the population of Greece) you would think this would be a priority. It would cost almost nothing to translate it to another language and would be very helpful to your staff time to not have to explain every single step along the way when signing up or when you have an issue. Your own name is in English, and so is your slogan. You CAN do it, you simply choose NOT to. Additionally, the app is very buggy, barcode never works, the username doesn’t make sense, and the system is fragmented between different gyms. It would be simpler to just provide key tags with barcodes for those on shorter term plans.
