I purchased just 40 days before and now my watch is not working,

So worst experience in warranty service from 4 days I call and and sent mails but no any response I get from alt coustmer care so I want to say if you buy any alt product and retrun policy is available retrun it because I purchase on 13 July but I face battery issue 18 July I get another same device but in this product after 4 days of purchasing I face display issue display was flikar again and again so I register warranty but no any response I get at now today 3 August

Almost every smart watch now have apple watch like watch faces, please provide some good quality watch faces. This watch have almost all the childish watch faces that doesnt look good and impressive.

Caller name not shown while we receive calls in IPhone. Then What is the major use of this smartwatch? Kindly guide or fix the issue on war foot basis.

Toady I have updated app and watch firmware, till now working fine. After update app Ui has been changed which is fine but no new watch face. No doubt this is the most budget friendly watch but I think you guys can do far better than this in-terms of watch faces. Please add some analog watch face which should contain all data because only digital watch face with cat image does not make sense.

It seriously need update most of the time workout data not synchronised as today I have done 1.5km walking then 2km running then 1.5 km walking but app is showing only 1.5 km walking that last one
