Yay!
I was unhappy with my old altimeter because I had to switch back and forth between screens to see meters and feet. Then I found this app, used it and it was perfect. Then I used the extra features for supporters. For the yearly price it was a no brainer! Love its clean design and intuitive interface. Made in Switzerland so of course it’s fabulous!

Thank you so much. Simplicity is Altimeter‘s DNA.
Perfect app
Simple and minimalistic
MGRS font sized fixed!
I don’t know if it was an app or watchOS fix, but the MGRS display on my SE 2022 watch is now correct. Thanks
Altimeter

Hi, thank you very much for your feedback. I'm glad you like the new design.
No more Apple Watch 3 compatibility
Due to automatic update on my « recent » iPhone, v4.0 needs WatchOs 10.0 for Watch.
So, altimeter is uninstalled from my Apple Watch 3, where I usually use this very simple and sufficient Application.
How to reinstall Altimeter v3.0 on IOS 17, in order to retrieve this App on my Watch ?
Thanks for your help

Très bonne application ! / Very nice app !
Ça fait maintenant quelques années que j’utilise la même app pour avoir l’altitude sur l’iPhone et l’Apple Watch et elle est parfaite : très simple et semble bien intégré à iOS.
I've been using the same app for a few years now to get the altitude on the iPhone and Apple Watch and it's perfect: very simple and seems well integrated with iOS.

Solid
For the last several years, I have relied on this app to both determine as well as bookmark for future reference the altitude of the location, some visiting, I’m not a professional, or amateur hiker, camper, or an adventure. However, it is very interesting to find out how different the nature is a different altitudes. For example, when I was visiting different areas of Serengeti and Ngorongoro national parks. The epic solid, absolutely nonintrusive and performs flawlessly, doing exactly what it is expected to do. Highly recommended.

Works on watch without requiring iphone
Altitude is updated to current position as soon as you open the app. Many altitude apps don’t work without your iphone nearby, on, and communicating with your apple watch. This one works without the need for the iphone. the other app i found that works without the iphone doesn’t update to current position unless you open it twice.

Simple
Free, does what it is supposed to and even has a widget.
Prima!
Very good ans simple app
But it doesn't work anymore since watchOS 7 on Watch 4. 😢
Simple app, just works!
Simple app, always fast and accurate on my Watch.
