Helped so much
I’ve been using this app for a little less than a month now and the key terms I’ve learned have been very helpful in my day to day interactions. Personal favorite term was fight or flight hijack which helped me be less anxious and nervous in social situations

Only thing to help me with social confidence
I’ve always struggled with being awkward in conversations. I saw this app on TikTok and immediately knew I had to try it. I’ve been using Harvey specter as my personality anchor and it’s been teaching me a lot of great skills like strategic silence and first impression skills
