Poor support

App crashes after recent update. Developer infers it’s my fault because I’m running the current iOS 13.1.3 instead of a future beta version (13.2) that’s not even released yet.

Dear User, Thank you for your feedback. We have fixed the problem that is caused by the iOS 13 upgrade. It is a known bug of iOS to cause app crashes. White screen can’t use the app

Hi, I landed in LA and the app was fine , now k get a white screen when opening, even after a reinstall , please help

What has happened ?

This app was working fine, and heading in the right direction as an excellent roster app for cx aircrew , but now it opens to a blank screen??
