This app never seems to work, I can’t currently view any tickets for upcoming events that I need to transfer to other people, it’s constantly having issues !
Unable to refresh your events
401 errors after logging into Ticketmaster successfully. Luckily able to get tickets on web. Not sure if this app is still maintained.
Loading
The app always has a had time loading tix. I could the app and open back up then it says last update was weeks ago. Kicks me out of app and will not load password so I have had to reset multiple times.
App Doesn’t work well
Often says I’m out of area when I am in Denver. Often Signs me out and doesn’t function properly when I am trying to sign. Slow load times. Generally clunky and not intuitive app.
I don’t like it
Not sure why they can’t just use TicketMaster, but it is confusing and freezes constantly. I’ve been trying to find tickets for a July event and it still shows my tickets from April as “upcoming”, nothing for the ones this week.

Garbage
Kroenke can put together good sports teams but can’t hire a good app developer. Every app they have isn’t worth the 3 secs it takes to download. Use other means to access my season tickets because the app is to frustrating to utilize.

Can’t add tickets to Apple wallet. Pretty dumb
System glitch, annoying
Trying to except tickets from an email and the system keeps forcing me through the terms of you sections. I click on viewing the document, but the error message pops up before I can accept. Do I have to click seven different terms of use documents that have nothing to do with excepting avalanche tickets through my employer.

Buying nuggets tickets is horrible
Buying nuggets tickets is a horrible experience. Kse account, Ticketmaster, altitude app, nuggets app. So many systems that you are suppose to use. I can’t add ticket to my apple wallet because of this messy system.
What wallet?
I buy tickets and have to download two different apps in order to access them. It looks like I finally have access and I can’t add them to my wallet. Altitude why can’t I add them to my wallet? Why can’t I contact a human representative to help me with this problem??
No app should be this convoluted
This app is a poorly designed wrapper that relies on Ticketmaster. The things it has to do it does poorly - like allow you to save your tickets. You’d think they’d make it easy, but no such luck.
Serious KSE - if you are going to rely on Ticketmaster to do your heavy lifting just fine them the whole thing. Then you can focus on winning another cup.

Not happy
The app says my tickets are ready. I can only view the ticket info. The actual tickets are not there for me to add to my wallet.
Latest compatible version not actually compatible
I don’t update iOS often. Most apps have compatible versions. This apps “compatible” version is actually not compatible.
Keep me logged in
Your site never remembers me I have to log in every time I visit why have the remember option of it is not working?
Poor app platform
Tickets wont show up or refresh. All season it would show old tickets and you would have to scroll through. Now with the playoffs in full swing my playoff tickets will not show up. Season ticket holder ticket experience has gone downhill since switching from flash seats to ticketmaster.
