This app takes your money and doesn’t let you stream the games. I will never support Altitude in any capacity again.
Rip off
Stream regularly lags no matter where I am. Signed up for the month to month and got charged the full year. Best part they won’t refund my subscription because they can’t find it. Even when I sent a copy of my bank statement showing the full year charge. This company is owned by the same person who owns the LA Rams, colo Avalanche and nuggets, and pro football (soccer team) in Europe. But they take my 200 dollars and then play dumb.

Functional but bad
This is the most expensive app we pay for and it hardly works. You can watch the game (Avs) and that part works… mostly. You can’t rewind, pause, or do anything but watch it live. If you start late…forget it! Live only.
There is a weird ghosting image of the status bar. At first we thought it was burn in but on a dark screen you can actually see it still counting. So it seems in stead of making it go away after a few seconds it just dims. No other app free or paid does this.
Just very disappointing. Do better!

BEWARE!
0 Stars if possible less! This app is advertised as being able to fast forward and rewind, nothing could be further from the truth. You are fortunate if you can watch it at all. When requesting a refund (I tried to use it a handful of times throughout the NBA season and it never worked as advertised.) I was told you used it so too bad, we are keeping your full year payment. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Pop up ads
Evidently Altitude is not making enough money charging more than HBO Max. I’m clicking out of pop up ads during actual gameplay like it’s the 1990s.
Extremely poor app
I got rid of the Altitude channel on DirecTV to get the Altitude app. Takes forever to load at times, delayed during games, will shut off or disconnect, etc. I do not recommend the app over the channel on any other platform.

I have to pay for another subscription to watch one team I love the avalanche don’t watch the nuggets and have to pay monthly clearly they don’t care about the fans just money.
Horrible screen share
Talk about a headache. When you stream it to any tv and your phone locks the video will pause. Major headache, we are in 2026….. Facebook is way older and somehow works better.

This is the most glitchy app I’ve ever used. I hate that I have to use it to watch the Avs and the Nuggets. I won’t be renewing next year. It’s not worth the frustration.

Constant issues with this app. It’s very poorly designed, and is full of bugs. Always slow, doesn’t matter what WiFi it’s connected to. With all the money Kroenke is making off his teams, you’d think he’d invest in quality devs to make a better app. Yeesh.
Mediocre on the phone, even worse streaming capabilities.
The app functions at a minimum necessary level for streaming purposes. If you want to cast to a TV, forget it. For some unknown reason the casting feature can’t find any TV on the network while every other app on my phone can. I was able to miraculously get the Airplay feature to work, but the app requires your phone to stay active the entire time. Wildly disappointing to pay for Altitude+ and have minimal screen sharing abilities at my own home for nuggets games that are already annoyingly difficult to watch.

Freezes
I stream shows all the time so I know it’s not an internet issue but this app freezes every 15-30 seconds when casting to a tv. $20/month to watch the nuggets and it’s frustrating as hell.
Gambling Pop Ups
Stop showing me gambling pop ups while I’m watching the game! Frustrating app experience.
Laggy On Every Device
Whether I am watching on my Laptop, Smartphone, or Smart TV, the stream is always laggy. I don’t know why people pay for this service, YouTube TV, Fubo, pretty much any other platform provides a higher quality non-laggy stream.

Love the app and being able to see all my team games.
Avoid at all costs
Beginning of the Nuggets season, this app was great. Relatively low ads, great quality, etc. Ever since the all star break this app has gone downhill and then down another one. Yeah, 2 hills. You can no longer run the app in the background and god forbid you turn your screen off, the app will shut down (never an issue in the past). That liquor store ad was bad enough, now there’s more! Just sucks because this app was great at one point in time. $20 to watch the nuggets and not have to worry about paying YouTubeTV. Please fix, that’d be dope. (Update 04/06) had to cancel, can’t use airplay or chrome cast. This app sucks.
