I love the game! But
I love the game yes that’s why I gave it five stars. But I HATE it when my board lightly brushes the top of a rock and I lose all my progress. I would also really like a bar on the side of the screen showing how far away from the ground you are so you don’t die while trying to do a trick without knowing how far away the ground is. Other than that I love this game. Oh and also sometimes whenever I try and jump over a rock a lot of the time there’s another rock that I don’t have enough time to jump over when I land. Anyways bai :)

The game is so good and relaxing especially in zen mode the music 👌👌👌🩷❤️🩵🤍💞 i play it basically every day and night because it relaxes me after school and helps me fall asleep and the way you can take pictures is amazing the back round is soooo beautiful 🤩 i LOVE IT . get it you’ll like it

I found out about this at a T-Mobile store and was impressed with the app so I got it later and SOMEHOW YOU DONT NEED WIFI?!? It has amazing graphics so I’m still confused about that but hey I’m not complaining anyways Im kinda speaking yappanese so I’ll stop here.
Glitching like crazy
I was so excited that this game was on Mac cause like I played it at my friend’s house on the controller and it was awesome. But now on my Mac I can’t even play it just shows a white screen and says “Now playing Alto’s Odyssey”. What do I do?

Love it, BUT…
Super cool game! It works well without wi-if, there are never any adds, and it has great artwork and music and is a great way to pass time or just have fun. The only time I ever have any problems with it is how it sometimes will change your character without you knowing or wanting to, which can be annoying at times 😅 Another problem I had was that my brother and I both play this game, and we share an apple account. Before today, this was never a problem, but I played for an hour or so and I got twelve levels ahead. Cue morning time, and he’s on the same level as I am, with the same character, same purchases, same settings, and same amount of quests completed. Sooooo it can link accounts at times which could probably be bad 😬 Anyways LOVE THIS GAME!

Not as good as the first one
Hi. Now don’t get me wrong this is a good game, but however… it can get a little boring and a little repetitive sometimes.
Best offline game in the App Store
You may ignore 5 star reviews because they often come from people with low expectations for the game, or things like that.
But I am actually very picky when it comes to mobile games.
But this game is truly amazing because it works offline, and has not ads or purchases whatsoever.
It’s weirdly addicting while not being hard to let go of at the same time. It is perfect for road trips and airplanes, because it requires no internet and is 2D, so most people will not get carsick from it.
If I had to pick one bad thing from the game it might be a bug where occasionally you land on your stomach or on your back, and it glitches you back up to a standing position.
Otherwise, the game’s beautiful yet simple visuals are outstanding, and this may be my personal favorite pick for offline 2D games so far.

jogava muito o alto's adventure quando criança e resolvi voltar a jogar para completar todos os objetivos e reviver a nostalgia. tanto esse quanto o original são jogos muito bons mas gostaria de fazer uma ressalva em alguns pontos desse: esse apresenta alguns bugs que o outro não tem, como o comportamento de lemures que as vezes saem voando; muitas vezes ao perder, o personagem sai do mapa e a tela fica bugada, e algumas vezes eu aterrissei em pontes que deveriam ser inteiras mas de repente o personagem cai no abismo.. esses não impactam tanto a jogabilidade, tem apenas um problema bem chato que talvez seja só a tradução, mas algumas missões não são nada claras: por exemplo acabei de passar por uma que era "fazer três saltos mortais", e demorou para que eu entendesse que se tratava de três saltos mortais triplos pois não tinha essa informação. a esse ponto sei que não haverá atualizações kkkk mas gostaria de falar mesmo assim, esse jogo é lindo, relaxante, o sistema de biomas foi genial e melhorou muito a experiência do jogo, a trilha sonora é incrivel... enfim, sou muito fã! obrigado por fazerem este jogo que marcou minha infância e segue até hoje

When I first tried this game out I did not think much of it but when I started to really get into the gameplay I fell in love with it. This game blowed me away I love everything the story, the journey, the art style. EVERYTHING also it gives you a good simulator of a desert also I love that there’s a shop and different characters and you can transform into a bird. The different areas really make the game feel alive also the sounds of the wall grinding in the canyons is SOOOOO satisfying this game is really good the team who made this put a lot of time and effort in it and I love this game.

I love this game forever, recent jukebox feature has ruined it. This game was my favorite, I would play it everywhere, but without the music, it’s pointless. Along with restricting the gameplay, purchasing the “jukebox” is very expensive. It cost around 10,000 in game coins, but, after saving for over a month, I saw that along with purchasing the original item, the songs needed to be purchased separately. This is so annoying because the songs all cost 5,000 coins, half of what I had saved before. If you want a good, fun to play, quick, and predictable game, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Can’t play external music now
For some reason, they removed the ability to play music from Spotify (I haven’t tested with Apple Music & other platforms) and I really don’t want to listen to the same 5 songs while I play the game

New update ruined it for me
While nice in theory, it seems that the new jukebox feature has changed the way this game handles its audio. This is preventing me from playing my own music in the background, as it automatically pauses when entering the game. I can’t find a way to fix this, and it’s defeated the whole purpose of the game for me. The OST is excellent, but I almost exclusively played with my own music instead, and now suddenly I can’t, due to an update I didn’t ask for.
My assumption is that this is because perhaps once unlocked, the jukebox will play when the app is in the background, as the game takes over the music widget even if I don’t use the jukebox. Please consider reworking how the jukebox functions, or offering a way to disable it entirely.
