Thank you for taking the time — and I'm sorry it cost you a download to find this out. You weren't doing anything wrong. Sign-in was failing a device verification check, and the app hid that behind a generic "something went wrong", so there was no way to tell your credentials were fine. That's on us twice: the failure, and the silence about it. We've identified the cause. The next update names the problem clearly instead of the generic message, and we're working on the check itself. If you're willing to try again, write to support@altrevite.com and I'll follow it personally.
