I had $50 in referrals that suddenly disappeared with no record or reason as to why. I reached out to support at least twice and haven’t gotten a response. Avoid this app at all costs. Probably just created to steal users info.

Amazing Customer Service!
I had $100 in my gift card balance and unfortunately was a victim to fraud due to an individual making for card. Altrüus was so amazing refined me universal gift card PLUS an actual gift card from their personal funds . If that isn’t great customer service I don’t know what is .

Way to many bugs literally can’t do one thing on it

Just created my account as soon as I got it it said server error. It’s says server error everytime I click onto the app!
Worst App ever the server dint even work
Nah this App need real tech guys they don’t even fix the bugs and the gift cards are the worst too put some work on this App.
App has bugs
Since I have downloaded the app, it’s frozen 90% of the time and when it’s not frozen, I can click on refer or any other button and it starts to load and never does anything.
No gift cards
It’s a good idea but the lack of gift cards you are able to buy with your balance from referring makes it boring. Other than that just a site to buy and send gift cards to friends
Can’t even sign up
I don’t know what wrong I tried to make an account and it won’t even let me sign up. I put my phone number in and it said too many attempts I only ever tried once.
