CabinKit is the all-in-one flight companion built for cabin crew, by cabin crew. From boarding to top of descent, everything you need for the day is one tap away — starting with a redesigned home screen that puts your flights, documents, and crew rest schedule right in front of you. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE Add your flights for the day and the dashboard keeps you oriented: routes, departure and arrival times in the right timezones, flight status, and the current local time at your destination. Your most recent documents and your upcoming crew breaks now live directly on the home screen — no digging through menus mid-service. SEAT SERVICE Take drink orders straight onto your cabin layout. Build aircraft profiles that match your fleet, customise your drink menus, and see every order by seat so nothing gets missed on the cart. PREMIUM CABIN (PRO) Deliver polished first and business class service. Manage premium passengers seat by seat, set up meal and drink options for the sector, work through the order queue, and review a full flight summary when service wraps up. PRECISION SCHEDULE Build reusable timing templates for your sectors and log timestamps against every checkpoint in flight. Your flight history is saved so you can review past sectors any time. CREW REST Setting up controlled rest is now a guided, step-by-step process: enter your rest period (with automatic timezone handling for your arrival port), choose crew size and break pattern, fine-tune short/long break balance, and review the full timeline before saving. Your break start and end times then appear right on the home screen, and optional reminders alert each crew member 5 minutes before their break ends. CREW DOCUMENTS Keep manuals, PA scripts, visa requirements, and reference files in one place. Import PDFs, images, and office documents, organise them into folders, or save files from any app with the "Save to CabinKit" share extension. Recent documents open in a single tap from the home screen. MADE TO BE YOURS Choose from ten theme colours with matching app icons. Your profiles, menus, templates, and settings sync automatically across your devices with iCloud. CabinKit Pro unlocks Premium Cabin via subscription. All other features are free. Fly organised.
