Just the right amount of support
This app has helped me to become more consistent in my daily practices. I love how the design is simple but beautiful. It has the best mediation feature I have found for a free app and I like how I can journal through dictation.

I’ve never seen better prompts. They really encourage and support my journaling. And the calendar helps me stay accountable. It’s great that I can also add a photo if I want. Very thoughtfully done.
