This thing bricked on me after 5 months. I loved it up until it completely quit working. It wasn’t dropped. It didn’t get wet. It just quit working.

This is an ok digital frame. My main complaint is that I don’t have access to all photos. My daughter-in-law uploads pics for me also. But I cannot see those in the app or remove any she has added.
Plus it continually says that the frame is off-line when she goes to add pics. We have to unplug frame & plug in again & it will show up then.

Frustrating!!!!!
I cannot tell you just how extremely frustrating this app is proving to be! You cannot add photos to the frame through it after the initial set up. My children CAN NOT send any photos to my frame. WHAT?!?! FALSE ADVERTISING! We have done everything we can find to do to figure this STUPID, irritating piece of junk out, to no avail. It is hopeless. What a rip off. Before you throw away the box-TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE!

Don’t buy it
Two frames and two duds. This product shouldn’t be on the market. Poor customer service. Ended up trashing the second one (warranty replacement). Both frames gave me the “blue screen of death” and would not boot up. $150 wasted.
Time Zone
There needs to be an update to include more time zones. I am in Newfoundland Canada Time zone and there is no option. I dislike that the clock is wrong all the time and would rather be able to turn the clock option off than to have it display the wrong time.
Uploading photos
I just bought a digital photo frame. I was informed in the manual to download this app. THIS APP IS HORRIBLE. Every time I try to scroll through my photos on my phone to upload, it kicks me off WHY??! It’s making me very mad and it’s frustrating.

What is the point of having a digital frame if I can’t up load more than 9 pictures I know my frame will hold more and there is no answers to why of how to add more this app is not recommended but it is the one I need for my frame 😖😖😖😖😤😤😤😡😡😡

Takes forever to load pictures and they are BLURRY!
Not enough time zones
Why is it hard to have good time zones? I’m in Canada in the mountain time zone. The closest match frame comes up with is Arizona. And the clock is always wrong.

App is very buggy
Crashes often and they rarely update. I have a competitor frame and that works flawlessly. I would not recommend.
An app that can not be used
This app can not be used. It crashes every time i am trying to get to an album… it’s frustrating
Doesn’t work as expected
I bought multiple of these with the intention of using the group feature to upload the same pictures to all the frames. I keep getting “upload failure” when trying to upload to the group and uploading to individual frames you can only upload 9 pictures at a time. This will take forever
Great Concept, Horrible Execution
If I could give this app 0 stars then I would. There are a lot of issues.
1) You can only upload 9 pictures at a time
2) Uploading the pictures take *forever*. It’s 2023, there’s no reason it should take 5+ minutes to upload 9 pictures.
3) When you go back to the same album on your phone that you were uploading pictures from it does not show you what pictures you already have selected. So you better remember where you were while you’re bulk uploading on setup.
4) My wife and I use the same login on the app on our separate phones. We’re not “sharing” the frame. My wife’s phone only shows the pictures that she has uploaded and my phone only shows the pictures that I have uploaded. So there’s no way to avoid duplicate uploads.
This is such a simple idea and these are basic concepts. If the entire point is to be able to share photos easily with family members then why on earth have they not considered any of these basic functions?

Unable to crop photos in app
The check mark button and X button once you go to crop a photo stop working and I have to kill the app to restart it.

Won’t upload any pictures- app crashes after every attempt. Very frustrating

I don’t know which is worse, the frame or the app! 🙁
All I want to do is run a slideshow from either USB or SD card and I wanna set up on an off time but it seems like that cannot be done on the frame itself and I was told that I have to do it through the app so I downloaded the app and can’t seem to figure out the way to do that through the app either so overall in my opinion, it’s garbage.
When I tried to add a device in the app, it wants to scan QR code. It’s telling me that I need to scan the QR code on the product or the box. Well, I don’t have the box anymore and there is no Q code on the product.
If it wasn’t past the return time, I would return it and get something else that actually works.

Unfortunately seems poor so far
App keeps crashing - frame works great itsef and when I can upload photos all good but crashing app is an issue.
