Irritating ....
I can save contacts in the app & organize my contacts by category . But when it comes to actually tracking the follow ups or staying up to date with who I contact and when , the app does a poor job of keeping up with that . I can call someone and after the call it should show that I called them and automatically reschedule a follow up . IT WONT DO THAT . then let’s say I hit the phone button to call someone but I change my mind and click away so it doesn’t actually call the person , ABC will say I called them when I never have and the screen freezes so I have to go back to the screen before and then reclick on a certain persons name just for the screen to start working again . And it’s ridiculous to not have any new updates since a year ago . FIX IT !!!

Does not Sync Across Multiple Devices
I really love the purpose of this app. It’s perfect for what I’m using it for. However, I typically use the app on my iPad but I also use it on the go as well. It’d be nice if whatever I updated on my phone would update on my iPad as well. I’m not sure why it doesn’t because I am logged into the same iCloud, but that would make this a 5 star app for sure.

Gave it a 4 for one reason only ( CONTACTS)
Contacts stays on my contacts once I move them to sold, I wish it will remove the contact from my personal contacts, once I move it to sold. I sale 30 customers a month, if I add 30 contacts every month it will be too many contacts on my contacts in no time. Great app so far. Please fix this and it will be an AMAZING app.

Good app
Really like the app but it is slow sometimes, would defiantly like it more if it was faster and a little more customizable. 8/10
Awesome but still lacking
This app has really made it easy for me to document connections, I very much like the geotag option. However the single most annoying thing-and the reason for 3 stars-is the lack of history. After what appears to be a week, my contacts will disappear. I can no longer retrieve my notes or see a history of who I contacted when. Very disappointed in that.
Update: After 3 months of no support or fixes, I’m giving up and switching back to calendar. I’m tired of this app constantly letting me down. Contacted support and they were useless, didn’t even have an ETA on the sync issue.

Am I doing something wrong?
I like the app. It works well and serves its purpose for sure. However I continue to have the same problem others are having as well where the contacts don’t stay within the app. They stay in my contact list, however it becomes tedious to sift through my entire contact list instead of the abc app. I have a colleague using abc as well and they are not experiencing this problem. Any ideas?

Keeps the contacts you import from your contact list, but deletes any you create within the app! Am I doing something wrong?
No stars deeply disappointed
I bought the premium service. I was so happy to have such a simple way to follow up BUT
Twice contacts disappear from the app for no reason. History is lost. The app hangs when opened before starting. It crashes on searches.
On the search it will show you abcde names before jumping to r and you can’t tab to the names beginning with other letters.
I feel let down as no answer after sending emails asking for a fix.

App is great!!! It would be even better if you could keep those contacts within the app. That personal and business contacts are kept separately.
Deletes Contacts
I loaded a handful of clients/customers to get a feel for the app. It continuously deletes random contacts. I would have lost clients if other management apps didn’t alert me. Can’t call this reliable.
I wish it worked
I would gladly pay for this app if it didn’t freeze every time I tried to text through the app when it’s time to follow up with a contact.
That and the ability to manually create another form of contact in the contact log. If I message someone through Instagram or meet them in person it would nice to be able to add that as a form of contact without HAVING to call or text them.

Almost solid app
It would be nice not to add the phone numbers to your actual contact list and only keep them separate via an in app contact list.
Perfect for my needs
I am using this app as a Pastor to track how well I’m following up with guests and my congregation. Fun story; there aren’t a ton of apps made specifically for ministry that have this functionality.
I stumbled across this app once I realized that the business world already had the tools in place necessary to fulfill this need (via programs like yours).
I particularly appreciate the ability to personalize categories and message templates. I changed “Leads” to “Guests,” “Prospects” to “Regulars,” and “Sales” to “Leaders.”
I have one suggestion: it would be helpful to have a way to track an in-person follow up. I’d assume this functionality may also be useful in some regular business applications (like client lunches or catching up with a lead or prospect at a business event).

Absolute crap!
I do not believe the developer has any real world experience in contact management. A monumental waste of time!
Almost perfect
I downloaded this app a couple years ago and found it by accident. It’s beyond impressive and packed with powerful integration. I’m running into an issue that might be a bug. I add a contact and their info, but after a couple hours they disappear from the app which is beyond disappointing.

I would add 2 things at this point.
1 the ability to add photos ether on the note pad or another place.
2 the address part is not connected
To the maps link. Which means you need to copy and paste it to get directions. Would be great if it would like in notes perhaps. You guys are awesome keep it up great work.
