Thank for purchasing our app! In order the app to always stay on, there is a switch in the Settings screen that you can enable. It is the second last button from the top. Please go to Settings > “Disable auto lock”, enable it and press Done. This will ensure the app stays open. If you close the app or restart the phone you may have access the same switch and toggle it again. Thank you, Always On Display Support

Dear ESIKYO, We re sorry to hear that. In order to assist you, could you please provide us with some details via email? For example, if you are not seeing the digital clock or the analog hands, please make sure that the background color of the screen is different to the clock hands or digits. All these are fully customizable by accessing the settings icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen. Thank you, Always On support team.
