Worst service in Hyderabad

Booked 2 cabs to airport almost 12 hrs in advance. It was confirmed that we will get the cabs. But 30mins before pickup I got call saying that since there are no cabs available in my area they are unable to arrange cabs. This was supposed to be a guaranteed airport cab service!!!

Expensive

The service is good but lexpensive, as compare to other services.
Hundred two hundred difference is bearable but this is too much

Worst experience of my life

I didn’t book from the app. The driver picked me up at the airport, i was confused and agreed asked him is he is going by meter and he said yes. Later i asked him the approx fare, he said 1000 which was more than all other apps but i agreed because we were already on the way. He dropped me at the location then showed me the fare to be 1560. I told him i would pay 1100 max. He told me even though i bought you here safely you’re arguing with me. Then he came out of the cab and kept arguing. I felt threatened so i paid him. This needs to be managed better?? I didn’t even book from the app.

Costumer support

The call support team is clueless about what they are supposed to do and lack costumer ethics failed many attempts to help out with the refund process and takes week and weeks to resolve the issue worst experience ever

Booking scenario is failing in ios v26.2

Trying to book a cab, empty alert box is getting displayed. This happened 3 months ago and even today. Had to call customer support to make booking. This issue is not resolved yet especially when you book with future dates

Alyte service levels reducing

My experience with Meru has always been good. But post its acquisition and rebranding by Mahindra, my very second ride to airport was not fulfilled with decline happening 20mins ahead of scheduled time. This is despite the ride being advance booked 48hours ago. Will not risk booking again

Worst service ever

At Mumbai airport, I booked their cab through the booking counter. Once u reach the pick up point, there was no help available, no cab to pick up, they only provide landline number which on one answer, after waiting for 1 hr with no support booked OLA which reached in 5 min.

Pathetic experience, recommend no one should ever use their service.

Service has become worse after takeover from Meru Cabs

Repeatedly I find unpleasant and unprofessional behavior from the Hyderabad Arrivals Airport Car Booking with the team leader having no control on the driver mafia. We are made to wait until their arguments and fights complete..!

Good Quality - Nice Behaviour

Took a cab ride from Delhi airport , the pick up was right at scheduled time and was surprised to see nice clean cars and behaviour of the driver , respectful and silent .

Pathetic: Big cheaters

Never expected this from Mahindra brand. Totally unreliable. Booked in advance pickup from Airport. Didnt get a cab on time. Staff cited app issue, asked to cancel. When booked through them, charging twice the money. Totally insane. Uninstalling the app. Proven traditional business models can’t compete with start ups despite all the wealth.

Untrustable app

They ask me to install the app at Mumbai airport T1. And I booked the cab. Then called driver 4-5 times he didn’t respond . Call costumer care representative he also just rounded words and didn’t done anything. I think they are just fulling and getting app installed . Avoid this . Book prepaid taxis .

Bad and sad

First ride booked and was cancelled -due to unavailability !
Was msgd -about 20 mins , but saw the msg -only late -coz , didn’t have a secretary at home to check the messages and was getting ready to leave .
Whole today’s schedule -topsy -turvy -not what was expected ! Sad
