Constantly impressed…for 10 years
I’ve shopped at alza and datart and places in Germany for years and Alza is constantly impressing me. Their focus on making the buying process easy.. from realistic and relevant suggestions to buying and delivering fast so many options…to zero hassle returns. I love this place. Makes adulting just a bit easier.

iPad version is not meant for iPad
The version for iPad is iOS version, just enlarged. Everything just looks bigger and thats it. It looks ugly and regular iPadOS control doesn't work.
You cannot go back to previous page with simple left to right gesture, touchpad two-finger gesture doesn't work either. When you open the picture, you cannot just use slide down gesture, like in Photos app and Esc key doesn't work either.
If at least the buttons for going back would be on the same spot on the screen, but they are offset by a quite a significant margin, so you have to constantly keep looking, where the back button is.
This inconsistency is so frustrating, I just close the app when I am frustrated enough and find it elsewhere in another shop. It's more productive and saves me a lot of time and nerves (and possibly a lot of broken iPads).
Oh, and PayPal payments doesn't work either, I have to pay over the web, if I want to utilise PayPal.

Impossible to register
I got 20 emails with your verification code. Where should I put it? Nothing happens. Crazy crazy for such a huge business not to invest in good UX

Poor customer service / return policy
Easy to buy. Hard to return. They stifle all reviews on web site and not on google reviews. If you may need to return abs item better to go to local retailer.

Pravé jsem babičce oobrdnal ze spojených státu. Alza mi dokonce dokáže zatextovat na můj mobil. Babička samozřejmě žije v ČR. Díky! Bude se hodit i v okolo Vánoc! 👍🏼
