The app is the first thing I do in the morning, I appreciate knowing what is happening in our area and beyond. As sad as it is I also the obituary link . The information on the app keeps me updated every day. Thank you!

I had this app for quite a while actually and enjoyed it. Now there’s more clickbait articles than real news and you have to dig to find the real news.
Simply awful
This app on an iPad is virtually unusable. A ridiculous number of pop-ups and a narrow little slit you can view stories through make it almost impossible to read any of the stories.
Please re-design this app. I appreciate that it’s free and that WJON needs the ad revenue and I want to like it, but it is honestly the worst app I’ve ever tried to use.

Holy freakin ads!
<click> ad pops up, <click> ad pops up. For every article you get the pleasure of two ads. One opening the article and one going back to the main screen. Not to mention the embedded ads. I fully understand the need for the ad revenue but this makes the app unusable.
