Am I Slow

Am I Slow measures how fast your internet really is — download, upload, latency, and bufferbloat — from the nearest Cloudflare edge, with progressive payloads that scale up to multi-gigabit links. Open the app and a test starts right away. Watch live throughput on the dial and sparkline, then see clear results for speed and responsiveness. Run again anytime, and check Recent tests to compare what you got on this device. What you get • Download and upload speed • Latency (ping) and loaded latency under traffic • Bufferbloat — how much your connection stalls under load • Server and ISP context so you know where the test ran • Recent history on this device Why it matters A high “speed” number is not the whole story. Latency and bufferbloat decide whether video calls stutter, games feel laggy, or the network feels snappy. Am I Slow reports sustained throughput — not a short spike — and shows how the link behaves under load. Built around Cloudflare’s edge network so you’re testing against a nearby, high-capacity destination — useful on fiber, cable, 5G, and Wi‑Fi alike. No account required. Run again whenever you change networks, move rooms, or want a second opinion on whether you’re actually slow.
