Doesn’t work
I tried numerous times to sign into the app, but it doesn’t work each time I try. When trying to sign in using google didn’t work I clicked the ‘later’ option, but that didn’t work either. I don’t know what’s wrong, but I cant sign up 😭.

Can’t open it
I love the look of this app so I downloaded it and if I try to log in with google or apple it say oops try again later so I try later and it still doesn’t work so I try press skip at the top and it won’t let me click it and literally doesn’t do anything I will probably keep this app downloaded for a bit to see if it works later on but this is rly sad 😭 pls let me know what to do to fix this

Was good until….
I used this app religiously and then one day I tried to login and it just keeps giving me and “oops something went wrong….” I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app reset my password but there’s no available help
Can't log in waste of my time
You can't even get into the app I was really looking forward to seeing what is bad for my skin some one needs to make an app where it is free and it works and your not just stuck on the log in screen
Please fix sign up bug
After downloading the app, I am unable to use either the Apple or Google option to successfully sign up as it gives an error message. I e tried redownloading the app, restarting several times and trying again to no end. I couldn’t find somewhere to log a bug report so hoping this review flags this issue to the developer. Really keen to try this app once the issue is resolved. Thanks

Can’t use the app
i’m stuck at the sign in page. it won’t let me click later or sign in using apple or google. otherwise it was great the other times that so had used it.

it wouldn’t let me sign in for the life of me!! I really wanted to use the app but it never let me sign in. If this is fixed i will most definitely be using this app.

i was always using this app as it helped me with my sensitive skin routines but i haven’t used it in a while so around a month ago i opened it up again and everything was wiped so i thought maybe it glitched as i haven’t used it so i undownloaded and redownloaded the app. it took me to the log in page as it has when i got the app but when i try and log in it says “ooops” “sorry, something went wrong. please,try again :(“ i really like this app so please get this bug fixed soon.

I can’t get on
I was so excited to use this app but then it wouldn’t let me sign in it told be that something went wrong so then I tried a different email and the same thing happened I tried everything and nothing worked I even tried to click the later button but it wouldn’t let me so now I can’t use it.
Do not get it
When I got it it just say oops try again so if it works for you I am happy for you
Love the app however
Its been days and your bug still isn’t fixed I will switch my review to five stars once you guys fix your bug because i quite like your app but at the present moment its UNUSABLE

I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying the same thing as I’m about to say about the bug I haven’t used this in ages and I went on it today and I thought I had been signed out I deleted and and I’m re downloading it to c if it does anything pls fix this bc I love this app
