Flat Tire Rescue 🛞
This morning I made it about 30 seconds from home and realized I had a flat (picked up a screw). I used the AMA app to book roadside help and they were there in 20 mins, had me good to go in about 20ish mins from there. The app experience was super slick and the operator was super friendly. A+

The people who handled my call were polite and respectful and efficient.
The driver who came to tow my vehicle was fantastic! He took exceptional care as to not damage or scratch the car. He also treated me with respect and kindness.
After he delivered my car to the service people, he called to tell me it had been safely delivered.

App needs attention
Unable to update phone numbers. Also, estimated wait times for roadside is stuck at 29 minutes for hours. Not sure how that is helpful 🤷♂️.

The latest effort has everyone’s centre set to Edmonton Kingsway, which is one of the most popular errors.
Moved the default centre to Calgary.

We locked our keys in the vehicle out camping in Kananaskis and received service very quickly. The tow truck driver was friendly and efficient and we got back to making breakfast in no time at all

I can’t stay signed in on the app which is ridiculous because I don’t want to fumble around with sign in when there is an emergency.
Even without being signed in it constantly pushes notifications about prizes to win and garbage ads. Can not be switched off!!
I expect more from AMA and especially with the membership being quite pricey!!!
