Tow from Old to Calgary

Exceptional experience! From the initial call to the regular updates from the tow truck operator, right through to the follow-up after the service was completed, the entire experience was exceptional. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about both my safety and providing outstanding service. Their communication was excellent, and you could tell that safety and customer care were built into every step of the process. Bravo to the entire team for delivering such a first-class experience—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Truck showed up within less than half an hour of booking. Driver “William” was super nice and professional. Showed care and respect for the vehicle.

Useful and easy to use

I mainly use the app to reload gift cards associated with my AMA account. Doing so is quick and straightforward. I also find that I don’t forget about my gift cards when they are linked to my AMA app.

Won’t let me log in

When trying to use the app, it keeps giving me error messages and won’t let me sign in. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and nothing has changed.

Tow request

Went through the Ai bot to get my vehicle towed. Had trouble getting it to understand the addresses involved.
I heard the bot say the right address and sa d correct. Checked the to see why my operator was late and saw the drop off location was on the wrong side of Edmonton.

Everything I need in one app

I have had to call for a tow truck with this app and it is great for keeping me up to date on when the truck will arrive.

What I use the most is buying e-Gift cards on the app and using them. Each card gives you money back to your membership and I can buy them in line at the store when I need the gift card.

Sunday Savior

Justin out of Pincher Creek came to our rescue when the transmission in my truck blew on a Sunday evening on our way home from B.C. AMA dispatched him and he was there within an hour, got the truck loaded on the bed truck and got us all (myself, wife and three dogs) without a hitch. He is new to profession but you would not know it, as he took his time and I could see he was double checking everything for safety. Great Job Justin and hope you made it home safe.
