Useless

App is useless. Customer service is useless. Haven’t been able to log in for weeks. All I get is an error message saying “something went wrong”. Customer service is not at all helpful as it’s taking weeks to get this resolved. Can’t see my trips, can’t see how many km I’m at. Hasn’t worked for 90% of the time I’ve been insured with this program. Unacceptable. Do better AMA.

Map is broken

Maps don’t work. It also registered a 500m drive when my car was actually parked.

Buggy and weird

Today is the first time the app was able to show me something in the “find my car” section and it says my car is where I parked it 2 trips ago.

Trip maps don’t work

The maps either don’t show up or are inaccurate. Please fix this.

Poor Design

App doesn’t allow the ability to display more than one car at a time to display trip data. Please help resolve this problem by allowing the app to show more the one trip.
