No member login
I am already a member I wanted to use the app. I see places where people can join, but there’s no place where an existing member can log into their account.

I don’t like that I can’t log into my profile on the app. All the app is good for is either joining, renewing, or the articles. So basically it’s useless once you’re a member.
Bad experience!
I am an AMAC member with an online account, and paid up until 1929, but the AP won’t recognize me as a member, and asks me to either join or renew. 😡
No Member Sign in
I have been an Amac member for years. This app is awful, there is no place to sign in, only join. Poor job building this app, don’t waste your time downloading it.

No option to log in. Horrible app. Hire someone who knows what they are doing.

we bought a membership but it is worthless since we can't use any of the benefits. There is no login to be found on the app or they bury it somewhere in the app to make it hard to find. All you can find is join or renew. please hire somebody new to design your app

Alert ‘failed to get push token for push notification’ every time I open the app
Dark mode failure
Can’t use dark mode on iPhone, only a blank white screen appears while in settings menus. Get this fixed and then maybe I’d reinstall!
Glad to be a member!
I’m glad to be a new member of AMAC. I’ve been exploring the app and it would be nice if it had an opportunity to login so that the experience was more personalized.
User login?
Where is the login?? That should be top level, easy to find. Renew and become a member are all that’s available. It’s a bit of a challenge and I’m not a novice type user. I appreciate what you are doing here, but it leaves me to wonder about app security if the platform is this way.
AMAC app
This app really is one of the worst apps ever. Won’t you just enter your membership number. Forces you to try either renewing or signing up for a new account. I’ve been a member for years - can’t use the app at all. Piece of junk that needs to be addressed.
News
I joined AMAC after discovering what a wonderful job they do for not only seniors, but for all Americans! I can promise from personal experience this organization gives me all the news I need about what’s going on in America. No need to watch those news channels any longer - get it all here. And then the topper is all the great programs they offer, especially Medicare!

Bad App & Site
AMAC has some amazing content, which is why I wanted to become a member. But, the app and website are just miserable to navigate. It runs at a speed that would give the proverbial “molasses in January” saying a whole new meaning. If that weren’t bad enough while trying to fill out the membership form, it actually jumped ahead, and I couldn’t back out of it to clear up any mistakes. I see that I’m not the only one having problems with the app and the site, but it would seem that the developers are dismissive of critical feedback, probably because the overall ratings are very high; albeit, those high ratings are likely more due to their great content, which would actually mean more to me if I were able to use their product. Oh well, I’ll just look at it as more money in my pocket.
