Once update all accounts cant log in , even i walk in to outlet especially monkiara outlet not even 1 staff know how to solve. Ask me to do my own! What?

Login and reset
Other than suck, I don’t know what are the wording that I can use to comment for the apps. Same account have submitted form many times to reset the account, but until today still not able to reset and login to perform transaction. Branch staff is RULES!!!! No advice given!!!! Even call to customer services also no solution

Annoying bug
Every time there’s an app update, I need to reset my digital token and it takes another 12hours to be able to use it. This is ridiculous!!!
There’s problem everywhere
Log in problem, token problem, server down, maintenance during 8pm -12am. I don’t know why you cannot afford to develop a better banking app?

I update this app on 6/11/24 but show up exceeded maximum device allowed, waste my time to activate my digital token and call helpline, and also went to ambank branch settle this problems!

Keeps Logging Out!
I updated this app on 1.11.24, and while approving multiple transactions (one by one), the app logged me out 3 times! This update is very buggy!
Connection Error
What is up with this apps? Its not user friendly; the apps logout on itself in the middle of a transaction. Buffering and lag.

Most lousy bank app I ever used
Always very slow while loading, I just realise 2 years ago already got people complain, until now still never improved!
Also cannot set to receive notification when receive money, every time need to log in to check account transaction, and the loading time so slow!!!! Always take me 5 minutes just to check 1 transaction! OMG!!!!!

Apps not loading Secret Word
The secret word is not loading. I'm not confident to log in the apps or to put in password because the secret word is not loading. Please fix this security issue. Happened to both my ipad & iphone

I can’t select YES in my Push notification setting after the update. Went to Ambank but problem not solve.
