Useless waste of money!!
Scam
Bought a lightening plug from Amazon, oddly you have to use this app and still doesn't work. Seems like Amazon needs to drop this supposedly certified by apply product.
It’s a blank screen.
So,I connected everything and used my camera to capture the QR code, which brings me to an app called ‘AmaLink’.
So, I downloaded the app onto my iPhone. After it downloaded I opened the app. I could see the word ‘AmaLink’ and there was absolutely nothing else. I can swipe down to see that there is an update doing something, but it is not as the App Store shows it to be.
I’d like the money back that I spent for the adapter. I would also like some money for wasted time, effort and energy I have spent T trying to get it to work.
The fact that there is nothing to go on, and nothing when the app opens — and no instructions that came with it, I don’t understand why there isn’t some class-action lawsuit against this company.
I don’t understand why this item is being sold, nor why it gets to be an app hosted by App Store, nor why it is still listed there.
This app and product begs to have a reconsideration for having the ability to give an app 0 stars as everything points to the consumer going way beyond what a customer should have to do- and try to do- and sit there wondering what the ey did wrong.
But, no, it’s not the consumer at all. Looking at the reviews, who do you have to talk to in order to get a refund? Plus, an allocation for pain and suffering?

Useless crap
The app opens with a blank page that says “product center.” There are no products listed and nothing happens when the adapter is plugged in. The HDMI adapter apparently does not work without the app and the app is useless so basically the adapter is useless.

I never right reviews but this is the worst app I’ve ever used. It doesn’t work and it’s a waste of four dollars. DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!! IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL!!!!! If I could give it negative stars I would.

Apple's iOS updates have made it so these devices are not recognized and the signal is blocked since iOS 14+

Worked for awhile then, nothing
This worked great when first using. Then went to use it in another tv and nothing. Scanned the code to download app. No directions at all! Found the update but still no success.

Not user friendly at all. Does not look like the seller cares. All is in foreign language, the app is extremely unhelpful can’t figure anything out what it’s trying to say. It almost works and then it doesn’t
