별점이 아깝지만 공유를 위한 리뷰

1. 아마노 사이트랑 별개로 운영
(계정 연동이 안되고, 양쪽에 보이는 주차권 목록이 다름)
2. 고객센터의 문의 대응이 갑의 입장에서 말하는 스탠스를 보여주며, 소통이 원활하지 않음. 상황파악보다는 몇가지 메뉴얼 안쪽에서만 처리하는 듯.
3. 아마노 사이트로 주차권 구매시 별도 승인요청을 해야하고, 승인 몇시간 후 마음대로 오승인이었다며 환불처리해버려서, 환불처리 된지도 모르고 주차장갔다가 당황.
4. 3번 사례를 겪고 타 주차어플로 구매하니 바로 승인되어 원활하게 이용함.
