Audio books dont open

I have subscribed to the app to avail all content but i cannot open or download the audio books. I did not know this before subscription. It seemed to give access to all the content but not allow to download.

Unable to login

Paid for a subscription through Apple. The login doesn’t work after a week! Can’t reset password as it says the user email isn’t found. Subscription with Apple is active and continue to pay. Ridiculous!
