When an admin approves a resolution proof, users receive a notification and can confirm whether their issue has been resolved or reject it with feedback. 2. Push Notifications- The app now sends real-time push notifications to keep you informed — when your complaint's resolution is ready for review, and when action is needed on your end. 3. Resolution Reviews Screen- A new dedicated screen shows all resolution proofs submitted against your complaints — both pending and previously responded ones — so you can always revisit the details. 4. Complaint Detail Improvements- Your complaint detail page now shows the current resolution status with a clear banner and a direct link to view the submitted proof and take action.
