Utter useless app.
This app is so useless and unusable ! They have these forced adverts which some run for 60secs while you wait to enter a command. I mean why advertise another product like a pdf scanner when I’m waiting to clean ? It crashes often too
Not worth the hassle
This thing has worked off and on to varying levels of effectiveness and for how poor a job it does it should almost be free. What Is more frustrating is all the stupid adds you receive before you get to even setup your new bot.

Vac is good but app is horrible
Never connects easily. Too many ads to even get to the app functionality!!! Worthless. The vacuum works fine without it and can go on auto, but it would be nice to control the thing!

Barely Functional…but finally functional
TL:DR - save yourself the headache and buy a name brand.
I bought the A90+ with the suction tower back in like early 2022 and having a cat it was GREAT. App was always a little buggy but still worked, mapping always sucked. Latter half of 2023 the app began to crash, and couldn’t even log in. I could still press the button on the unit for it to clean but no access to smart functions like scheduling, WiFi config, suction or mopping intensities. After almost a FULL YEAR of pure manual offline usage I decided to download the app again tonight…and FINALLY have smart function access again. Even with the terrible ads, and still buggy and laggy…it’s nice to have access again and some salvaging of my $300. Company clearly had some money issues and had to sell out to stay afloat. If they have any hope of saving however much of this product that’s still sitting in warehouses and making it reputable they NEED to get rid of the ads. But otherwise I will say this vacuum has been cleaning for me (pretty well I will concede) with no hardware problems for two years…so that’s something. But wish I had bought a Shark or iRobot Roomba, companies that would offer app support far more reliably.

Ads everywhere!
This app is a trash there are ads everywhere. I don’t recommend it to anyone is just terrible!

Keeps logging me off. Keep having to recoinexf blue tooth. Than says it’s connected but it isn’t. Constant advertising on the app. Worthless. Buy something at Walmart for 50 bucks it will work better

Awful app.. awful device
This device has the stupidest mapping algorithm ever. The app is useless as it is filled with advertisements every time you change a menu.. does not allow to reconnect to wifi after failed. Useless.

All Amarey products are terrible. For a long time, this app was garbage, but still functional. (Meaning it let you control the vacuum remotely, you could *sometimes* get it to go on a schedule. The menus and options were “useable” as long as you were able to interpret what the obviously non-English-native were trying to convey.)
With a recent update, now basic functions, like seeing the battery level or telling the robot to start cleaning, are blocked behind adds. You have to sit and watch 30sec commercials before you can even do anything.
This is obviously focused on the app and software, but I can tell you the physical vacuum is constructed just as poorly. If you are reading this before you buy an Amarey product, I STRONGLY advise you to choose an alternative.

Need to take ads out of app it’s on every time u need to do something will not recommend to anyone
The app is not working neither does the vacuum
The app is no longer working it needs to be fixed and working in order to use the vacuum, even when it was working it gave me a lot of problems.

This app is absolutely garbage. I’m talking diapers that sat in a diaper genie too long garbage. The fact that we have to sit through a stupid add that last 30 seconds is absolutely ridiculous. If I wanted to watch an add on an app I’d open YouTube. I’m returning the stupid Vaccum and the deleting the app as well as the account. It used to be very simple and to the point now …………………………..10……………………………..20…………………………………………………30 seconds later you can select what you want.

Wish I could return this vacuum
The app is just as useless as the vacuum. Do yourself a favor and save up a bit more money to get a better machine. Can’t even sign in and or register so what is the point of this app exactly developers???
I can’t use the vacuum! Wow
This app…3 months I haven’t been able to use my vacuum. I log in….and I’m at the sign in page…doesn’t prompt me at all. I try to log in again and it’s the same thing. it’s endless. Completely useless app and product.
Ads really
Why are you putting in Ads to an app that is for a product we all payed money for. My vacuum was around $200. You have made it virtually impossible to control the vacuum.
No longer working
The app has always given me small issues, but now I can even pull my map up to see the mapped regions or choose to clean select areas.
App does not work
When trying to access the app continually ads pop up you can not go around. Get it fixed can’t use device!
