Local news is a must!
National and worldwide news is everywhere, all the time… but local information is essential to our community.

Before Sunday I would have given a rating of 5 stars. Today I’m being generous in giving a rating of 4 stars. With the way the executives, editors, or whoever made the decision to move the Sunday comics to who knows where, you don’t even deserve 1 star. I am very angry about it. The comics section is what I have looked forward to for many years. For the person(s) who made the decision, shame on you! Please put that section back where it belongs. You should know that I am even considering canceling my subscription over it.

It is terrible, i pay the subscription but a stupid video pops up every ten seconds and just stays black

I live in Frisco, Texas and it is good to read about events in the Panhandle. Keep it up.

Great way to read the local paper
We can read the local news wherever we are!
Frustrating to navigate
Terrible design of app. Awkward to read paper in replica form. Difficult to change sections of the newspaper.
Very Lacking
The app still shows stories from 5 days ago and never updates to current stories.
Great Information!!
I grew up in Amarillo and now live in College Station. It’s so nice to be able to keep up with the news from my old “home” city.
AGN app
The obits won’t pull up
So bad
My teenage son could write a better app! Really AGN, it's 2017 for god's sake! Find somebody to write a better app for a couple hundred bucks!
Horrible, horrible, and horrible
If you are going to try to entice people to subscribe to your website, you should make it user-friendly. This website seems to be nothing more then wait for the Amarillo Globe news to pump up advertising revenue. I live in the Cincinnati area, but I grew up in the Panhandle and eastern New Mexico. I try to keep up with the local news out there, but this website won't be one that I use.

Update a disappointment
I subscribe to the print version of the paper - but start my morning looking at the news on the app. Unfortunately, this new update is a step backwards from the previous version. There does not seem to be a way to close an article without going back to the main menu. This requires you to open a sub menu every time you want to read an article, a horrible decision by the app designers. Add this to the fact that on some days you get only a few new articles and you have an app that is not user friendly. Please look into correcting these errors.

Waste of iCloud Space
Like most free apps, all the want is your monthly payment. I downloaded the free app for an obituary. No problem at first, then I get told I've used up my monthly quota. My bad. I looked at too many pages before I got to the person I wanted and now I'm locked out. Isn't this greedy attitude that got me to stop my paper subscription. Oh well. Don't download the app; you'll just delete it to the iCloud.

Worthless!!
Funny how the app is free but you have to buy a subscription to actually read any news. So it's not really free. Amarillo is getting too big for their britches! DFW is bigger and their news apps don't require a subscription. Get with the modern times Amarillo! Very disappointed.
App is crap
the app is as useless as the printed paper, don't waste your time downloading it
