About

The practice is old. Yogis gave it a name, Roman physicians wrote it down, and people have kept it quietly ever since. Amaroli keeps it with you. Each morning you practice, mark the day's qualities, and the count adds up. Keep the practice, and a monument grows from your days. It moves through its eras, from a dark ground to a warm gold, and Amaroli marks the climb. As you go, a reading section opens: short passages on where the practice comes from and the people who kept it before you. Everything stays on your phone. No account and no sign-in. If you turn on iCloud backup, the copy goes to your own iCloud and nowhere else. The spring does not run dry. Amaroli marks the mornings you return. Amaroli is a personal practice journal, not medical advice. If you take any medication, it is worth talking it over with someone you trust first.

What's New in Amaroli

1.5.0

September 1, 2026

Amaroli speaks Hindi. Not the controls with English behind them. Every word: the record card, Look back, the patterns, Settings, the backup and restore messages, the reminder, the widget, and The Path in full. The practice's organized community is largely Indian, and there was no version of this worth shipping that translated the buttons and left the reading in another language. If you read English, nothing has changed. Every screen was rendered before and after and compared, and the English is identical to the pixel.
