Terrible

Horrible support and everything takes so long to upload such a waste of product. Nothing is quick at all and things are buggy. The UI is also very poor and it is unclear of what is downloading what is supposed to be and I don’t know why it takes about one minute to download anything despite high bandwidth Internet.

needs improvement

I like the app and organization features but it takes forever to download everything from the photos app. It would also be nice if it had a "delete from iphone" feature when you're done downloading apps.

Not designed for a Mac

This app is designed for PC...it's evident. It is designed to upload photos, not general files. I've uploaded our library, but am unable to download them. The app for OS doesn't even open...the app for IOS works on my M2 mac, but you're unable to download folders. I'm quite disappointed so far, and they don't seem to be updating anything.

Decent uploading but no indicators

Uploaded a few photos to test. Thought nothing would was happening. Then reuploaded them. Nothing. Then did it again. Suddenly, photos began uploading. No duplicates but I wonder which upload allowed it to upload the photos I wanted.

Is it beta?

No good. No sync from whatever was uploaded via website browser. Upload only pictures. Or creating new folders. And the same issue with mac app. So limited usability that I’m surprised its even published. Second star only for good price for service.
