Terrible
App is hypothetical. It says it’s accommodating for everyone and still has bugs consistently. And despite working in a path consistently every week. It just now is able to give me a rating for how i preform on my performance. And asking for help about understanding your benefits is like pulling teeth. No one can give any assistance on how your benefits can actually help you. And lord forbid you try to apply for it and you can only use it during the open window times around November. Which is so dumb, amazon is so hypocritical and it shows with this app.

The passkey requirement is very limiting and poorly implemented. The process fails and now I’m unable to clock my hours for my shifts.

I cannot get the pass key to work and nobody is helping especially that AZA, which is no help at all. I’m not very good at computers and why do we need this past key or passcode? How stupid

stupid passkey
cant log into app because stupid passkey requirement. i dont use a lock screen password on my phone but your stupid app is now requiring me to have one. i really hate you guys

Needs improvement
Ive been at amazon for at least 90 days now & I went from pick to stow & every Sunday they makee me pick which I absolutely hate Not to mention they always put me on stations that have issues
Authenticate
If I am willing to login with the password I setup I shouldn’t need to authenticate. And it won’t accept the authentication also what if you don’t have several devices to authenticate with. This is very frustrating.
