App gets crashed at 12pm central time for the wtxs center in Texas Amazon decides to drop everyone shifts at the same time knowing we have two different department in that one center that means different schedules requirements so instead offering two different shift drop it’s done at 12 pm app is not working properly to handle takes to long to load and when we think we got a shift we get errors fix the app to handle the employees

This app loads up more often than it used to and it has costs me some VTO opportunities in the past. Please fix it!!!

Sign in issues
I tried to sign in with my Amazon credentials, as I was instructed. I got a message that this account did not exist. When I tried to set up an account using these credentials, I got a message that this account already exists. Which one is it?
Poor design
Glitchy, lacks proper communication channels for thorough documentation, and it constantly signs me out.

We wanna work at Amazon but they don’t share any jobs. Just Indian workers working there they don’t accept any outside workers. Every one brings their family members there

Not getting shifts
Every time it’s time to get a shift and I click on it. It’s automatically keep spinning and spinning and by the time it stopped, I can’t get a shift. It hurts my soul that I’m not being able to get these shifts that I need to pay these bills. I love my job but what I don’t love is how this app keeps messing up everyone that are trying to get a shift, including me.
