This app is easy to use and makes it simple to manage my work schedule request time off, check my pay, and stay updated. It saves time and has everything I need in one place Highly recommended!
Disappointing at best
This app is the most important tool Amazon associates have, yet it is slow, it resets constantly, the pages aren’t display correctly. A contestant struggle.
Bad UX
Wow, I shouldn't be surprised as I worked here for over five years but creating an alumni account was the most painful account creation experience of my entire life. Haven't started looking around the app yet just wrote the review based on the account creation process. This is a valuable tool - access to pay information and an opportunity to boomerang - so do better.

I like using A-to-Z it’s very quick responsive. It’s a great idea for a company information.
Completely useless
In five years the chatbot has never successfully helped on a question. The message board cannot edit or delete from the poster. You also cannot reply to the post. You have to create an entirely new post. I recently tried to use aza to search for the new away project to sign up for it. It could only give a description of what my query was. This app is terrible on a daily basis.

This App is AMAZING
Huge Regret to Update Newest Version
I only updated the app to see if i would have access to new KNETS in Amazon Learn Tab as my manager spoke to me in person letting me know she added new trainings for me via the app. There was nothing wrong with the old version it was perfect but for some reason my new knets weren’t showing up. After downloading NEW RECENT version, opened AtoZ….same appearance as the previous version only difference is, it will not allow me access to my OWN PTO account. It literally says “Sorry, you do not have access to this account’s PTO” ….this is unsettling. I only have access to my upt. SIGH. AMAZON PLEASE FIX THIS.

Applied to multiple positions and have yet to hear back from any of them. Not sure this app is worth even downloading if you don’t get any kind of feedback, whether positive or negative.
App don’t work
App doesn’t let me login but will let me login if I use a browser internet app. I think it’s because of the new iOS 26 update that’s why it won’t work I think
App doesn’t work at all.
Hasn’t let me sign it at all this month. Very frustrating.
Ok for the most part
There’s quite a few bugs that make it difficult to grab shifts sometimes, also some improvements that could be made would be showing what shifts are dropping for what days in advance which would help flex workers to organize a more consistent shedule. But hey, it works for the most part, but it could use some improvements.
