Only one religion shown on the startup screen
The launch screen is a grid of cartoon associates. The only religious clothing is a hijab, placed top and center above the logo. There is no Christian or Jewish equivalent. If this is supposed to be “one app for everyone,” it isn’t.

Add an Option to Drop Extra Shifts
It would be very helpful if the A to Z app allowed regular employees to drop an extra shift they picked up, as long as they cancel it within a reasonable amount of time before the shift starts, without using UPT or personal time. This feature would give employees more flexibility and make the app more helpful.

Great tool for managing work schedules. Easy to check shifts, request time off, and stay updated. Highly recommend for daily employee use!
Passkey
Cant even log in to the the app because it requires a passkey when my phone doesn’t even support passkeys. I cant create a passkey on my phone even though this app asks you to type in your password 4 times before even logging in, not to mention the captchas

Combines all your work apps into one, but you still have to log in to each app individually and used a web interface to view the apps rather than being self contained. Useless.

Why does it ask me to plug in zukey when I am using the app on IPAD?!
I was trying to to apply a new role on iPad, but it was so annoying when the screen popped up and said your midway session expired and asked you to plug in security key! Excuse me, I was using the app on my iPad, why did you even ask me to plug in Zukey when I just wanted to apply a new role?!
