Not user friendly
I tried to create an account, each and every time the phone number is not linking, despite giving a new number.
Non supportive return module
Had purchased Cold press juicer of cook well. Instead what has been received is Airfryer. Now the biggest issue is no command or input gives you a complete loop to return the order. Never in last 10 years had this issue. The last date to return is 13th Sept 25 and I am struggling to return for last 3 days

Customer service option not working from the IOS App.
Not able to place return or contact customer care service from the ios mobile app.

I do not understand the purpose of this app just because you need gst bill they want you to download and app create account and then keep cancelling your order because you have personal accoount on same name. Then why you aksed us to download and create an account in the first place. Their chat option never works their customer service team always keep you on hold and then say you need to send email and wait for some days we’ll get back. This is how you deal with customer, nice

Cannot handle multiple accounts
While trying to switch to another account it keeps coming back to old account and always asking for credentials to sign in despite checking to remember current device.
Fraud, cheats and no contact
My orders are often spoiled or less. There is no customer service to contact and report. And they are equally big liars, never generate ticket, just fake promises. And heights is today when i have not received any order and it declares ordered delivered!! No body is answerable…

Blinkit & Zepto are going to destroy these apps!
They make it so difficult to give feedback, contact delivery boys. Very difficult to use app. Learn something from Blinkit. Delivery boys don’t listen at all.

Stealing money of Indians
Last 3 orders I found the 2 of orders returned with false communication at 11:30 pm for delivery when call back not received the calls. Ultimately cancelled the order. Received money with some deductions in amount. Just imagine how Amazone is stealing money from Indians.
If your payment is through credit card or Amazone pay it reaches in time. But if payment is through UPI or debit card. Orders are delayed or cancelled.

Convenience Suggestion
Please provide ‘select the item(s)’ feature in the Add-To-Cart section. Sometimes, we just shortlist the products by directly adding them to Cart instead of Wishlisting or Save for Later.

Can’t order what you want, I don’t know everyone having this problem or only me. Sometimes stuck on appointment date for delivery, sometimes stuck on billing address, can’t reach on payment page. Problems begun from the day when sale start. Tried app & browsers too.

No amount of customer harassment suffices them. The only thing they have is a lame sorry. The have no control over their delivery agents who work at there own will. My order was returned thrice by the goons of this company without informing me or asking me and every time they told me they are taking action but every time the same result.
