They used to provide $1 per receipt uploaded with a cap of $10, now it’s only $0.10 per receipt. Honestly not really worth the effort anymore.

This app use to be great. You had to upload 10 receipts. Then they started to dictate slowly what you can & cannot upload. And gave you only a certain amount per receipt. So now you need way more then ten, Mayb 30-50 or more. Some receipts are ‘not eligible’. Even after you have it reviewed it’s still the same. Idk if it AI doing the review but it gets denied for not having a store name or itemized items or a total, which are clearly all on the receipt/email. It’s obviously not a human being or they’re just denying it to deny it and making up a reason. Cuz they still state it is ‘not eligible’… app isn’t as great as it was.

Used to be great…
Every month I would submit my 10 receipts and get my $10 Amazon reward…now I’m lucky if I submit 25 receipts and get $3. The value for my time and effort no longer feels worth it. Sad, because it used to be great.
Terrible. Clearly using AI and it’s garbage now.
AI SLOP! So many eligible receipts being marked incorrectly incorrectly. “Does not continue retailer” when Old Navy is clearly listed. Major eye roll. It’s so obvious they are using AI to read these and it is doing a poor job while Amazon still gets the data. Not really worth the hassle for such a small amount of money.

I used to really really love this app but out of no were it’s not been uploading lots of receipts and buttons that used to work won’t work anymore they really need to fix it or update it or something

This app used to be good. Surveys have dropped from 80¢ CAN each to mostly 25¢ CAN each.
And the receipt reward is now a JOKE! You used to get $5 CAN each month if you uploaded 10 receipts; now you get 10¢ CAN per receipt up to a max. of $5/month. No real point to using it now.

Not Giving Correct $ for Receipts
Clothing stores are 70¢ and only getting 10¢. Support contacted multiple times, still not fixed.

i used the app before, downloaded it again and doesn’t have receipt icon anymore like it said it does. ive emailed my receipt like they said and they never respond back or gave me points. also no surveys
Good but has a major issue
The program is good overall to get a few bucks of Amazon balance every month, but the app has a major issue that has been unresolved for many months. It no longer sends notifications when a survey is available! As a result, I am sure that I have missed many surveys since I have to remember to check the app every couple of days to see if any new surveys are available. This issue is extremely frustrating and I really hope Amazon will finally fix it!

Please renew my Shopper Panel
My shopper panel was closed when my Amazon account was hacked. My account has been fixed but my Amazon Shopper Panel membership was taken away. I’ve been a shopper panel member for over 4 years and now when I try to log in, I get a message that I am on the waiting list! Please reinstate my Shopper spaniel!

Used to be great
This shopping panel is so jenky anymore now that AI is the only thing looking at receipts or requested reviews and there is no real support. The AI that scans the receipts consistently deems them ineligible even though they definitely are eligible. The review you can request for a second look is then done by the same AI that deems it ineligible again for a different reason which is also wrong.
Then when you call support, no one knows what you’re talking about because they aren’t trained about this app - and when you do find someone who does find something in their handbook, they open a ticket with technical support that never gets resolved. It becomes a 30 minute phone call that never gets resolved for .10. This used to be a fanatic app where actual humans did the second look review so your receipt was accepted correctly the second time. That never happens now. Typical for Amazon, another thing that used to be a great perk or service that has been ruined. I wouldn’t even mind the terrible payout for receipts now if the AI would just read the receipts correctly. At least use a decent LLM, Jeff. C’mon, man.

Deleted accrued awards
Was working fine for over a year and then today it deleted everything. I spent hours trying to get p with the app only to be bounced from person to person with no one understanding what I was asking for help with - and even given an incorrect email to contact

Great for gift cards but receipt recognition needs help
Lately receipts are failing to be accepted. I’ve uploaded 2-3 receipts from the same vendor (same email format), and one will reject because it says there’s no vendor. Request a review, immediately comes back failed. No further option to assist. No option to contact support in the app (not even to email if chat is not feasible to implement here). Love the ability to earn gift cards, even after receipt values have dwindled to having to submit 3-4x the number of receipts to earn what I would have earned last year. But please incorporate some better receipt recognition to mitigate receipt rejections where vendors are clearly visible.

Many valid receipts not taken
I have had to speak with customer service to handle my receipts, small business purchase receipts do not work within the app. I know it’s silly to speak with someone over a 10-70 cent reward, but F Amazon and take what money I can get. It’s ridiculous enough they dont offer rewards like they did previously. Greedy CEOs

No Notifications
There’s no way to report this but as others have mentioned; The notifications don’t show. Even with maximum notifications switched on in the settings. I’m wondering if this is done on purpose so they don’t have to pay out as much with surveys timing out before people know they even have any waiting. I have to get in the habit of periodically checking the app if I have any. Very rare that I do get any surveys anyway.

Gone downhill
This used to be a great app. When I first started, you got $1 per receipt. They have changed the value multiple times to where now it’s not really worth it. I suppose it’s just a habit now. No support. Have to request review for receipts all of the time now. Ones that they accepted last month are denied this month. No rhyme or reason.

I love it! You won’t get rich off of it, the only thing I wanted to mention is I have been on the receipt sharing for 3 years now? And I have been on the waitlist since then. I love the app though! Nice to make some extra cash for some easy surveys. I do wish there was a back button in case you accidentally clicked something on the questions. But overall I really enjoy the app!
