Constant requires approvals
The app constantly requires me to log in now and apply approvals consents to their terms and conditions every time I use it. Getting extremely annoying. It been doing it for a long time now and hasn’t been fixed.
Rarely correct
They rarely get the correct amounts on receipts. Rather than looking at the content of the receipts they default to the lowest amount. I’ve lost track of how many times a .70 was given .10.

I used to love Amazon shipper panel but no things are getting aggravating. They keep telling me someone has already scanned my receipts, but that’s not true. I’ve looked at the receipts I’ve already scanned and it’s not there. I get the surveys are hit and miss. I thought they were supposed to add up to $2.00. And the 10 cents is crazy. You need like 100 receipts just to reach $100. Can we please go back to how it used to be?? Also, my mom has been on the waitlist for like 5/6 years 🙄

I’ve had my Amazon shopper panel for about 3 years. The last 2 weeks it will not let me do the surveys. It says I need to sign up again and wait until I hear back. Why is doing this
They lied about what they pay for receipts
I just submitted a receipt for Once Upon a Child, which is a clothing store. They claim that you get $0.70 for clothing stores. I got $0.10. I’m filling a formal complaint with my State Attorney General for fraud!!! They cheat you all of the time!!!! This app is a SCAM!!!

Latest Update Painfully Slow
As things stand, after months of no updates, and update was made to the app. It is filled with bugs, and it’s painfully slow. This removes all hope I have for Amazon’s ability to update their main ordering app. Failure.
Was Great…
They used to provide $1 per receipt uploaded with a cap of $10, now it’s only $0.10 per receipt. Honestly not really worth the effort anymore.

This app use to be great. You had to upload 10 receipts. Then they started to dictate slowly what you can & cannot upload. And gave you only a certain amount per receipt. So now you need way more then ten, Mayb 30-50 or more. Some receipts are ‘not eligible’. Even after you have it reviewed it’s still the same. Idk if it AI doing the review but it gets denied for not having a store name or itemized items or a total, which are clearly all on the receipt/email. It’s obviously not a human being or they’re just denying it to deny it and making up a reason. Cuz they still state it is ‘not eligible’… app isn’t as great as it was.

Used to be great…
Every month I would submit my 10 receipts and get my $10 Amazon reward…now I’m lucky if I submit 25 receipts and get $3. The value for my time and effort no longer feels worth it. Sad, because it used to be great.
Terrible. Clearly using AI and it’s garbage now.
AI SLOP! So many eligible receipts being marked incorrectly incorrectly. “Does not continue retailer” when Old Navy is clearly listed. Major eye roll. It’s so obvious they are using AI to read these and it is doing a poor job while Amazon still gets the data. Not really worth the hassle for such a small amount of money.

I used to really really love this app but out of no were it’s not been uploading lots of receipts and buttons that used to work won’t work anymore they really need to fix it or update it or something

This app used to be good. Surveys have dropped from 80¢ CAN each to mostly 25¢ CAN each.
And the receipt reward is now a JOKE! You used to get $5 CAN each month if you uploaded 10 receipts; now you get 10¢ CAN per receipt up to a max. of $5/month. No real point to using it now.

Not Giving Correct $ for Receipts
Clothing stores are 70¢ and only getting 10¢. Support contacted multiple times, still not fixed.

5月から報酬が¥40のアンケートが増え6月は¥40だけになりました。単純に報酬が半減したので残念です。

3月までの１年間の合計は¥4000には届かないくらいでした。 簡単な内容の割に中々だと思います。 初期の頃は報酬が少なかったですが途中から一律¥80になりアンケート量も増えたので追い上げた形です。 このペースでずっと続くなら嬉しいですね。
※以下は最初の半年の感想
ないよりマシですがアンケートが少ないので半年間で¥1150にしかなりませんでした 人によって頻度が違うみたいですがもっと頻繁にアンケートがある方が嬉しいですね。

i used the app before, downloaded it again and doesn’t have receipt icon anymore like it said it does. ive emailed my receipt like they said and they never respond back or gave me points. also no surveys
