Not as good as it used to be
This new .10 cents for receipts sucks I miss the 10 receipts for 10.00 dollars and there’s never any surveys anymore I just feel like I’m never making anything anymore wish this would go back to how it first started
Not so great any more
This app used to be great now you have to submit way too many receipts to get a reward and not only that why does this app lie and say that stores like giant grocery store is not a store. Why does it just randomly say that things are missing off the receipt when it’s in plain sight it’s crazy now.

You need to have an update on this app! Love it and appreciate the money back but it takes forever to put in a photo! Please fix!!
It used to be useful now it’s become annoying
The Amazon Shopper Panel app used to be easy to deal with. Now it seems like every time I try to use it I have to sign back in or sign up or go through all the introductory screens over and over and over. I’ve used the app for years! I don’t need to be coddled and I just want the app to keep me logged in. The incentives have gone down overtime, and the frustration of having to deal with a very buggy app that needs to be logged. In every time I want to use it has almost made the entire process worthless.

Nice app , But not many Surveys
This is a very good survey app but very little surveys last month i only made .70 cents that’s the lowest I’ve ever made usually the most is like 3-4 dollars it helps i can’t complain but i wish it would be more little surveys for more chances.

Great program super glitchy app
I love this program. Of course it was even better when the receipts were worth more. But the app is soooo glitchy and sluggish. Not sure what’s going on.
Not so good anymore
While I really like the app. I have to say Amazon has made it really difficult to submit receipts. I get Walmart delivery and I used to be able to submit my receipts thru email but now they have taken that away
Good except for support
Been using for a while and generally it’s great . . . Except when it’s not. There is NO WAY to reach customer service. Had a couple receipts incorrectly rejected and you just can’t appeal it. The only recourse is to get a callback from regular Amazon customer service and they know NOTHING about the panel. They just keep repeating the FAQ and aren’t able to do anything.

Appreciate the rewards but no support to address glitches
The app is great and an easy way to submit receipts towards gift cards. But in recent months the app rejects receipts randomly and because review requests are automated, they rarely change decision. I can upload two receipts from the same vendor, exact same format and it will say one receipt is blurry or is missing a vendor. Meanwhile they’re eReceipts, so how can they be blurry, and when another one from the same vendor submitted in the same fashion wasn’t? There is no in-app support, only to request a call back, which will connect you to an agent who has no idea about the app and will ultimately tell you they don’t offer support for it and can’t help you. I’ve had this app for a few years and have seen receipt values drop significantly and certain categories eliminated completely. That’s fine, but when the app starts randomly rejecting receipts (and I’m not talking about poorly photographed paper receipts, I’m talking about email receipts where they’re accepting others from the same retailer), it really warrants some app work. Even if live chat can’t be offered, at least provide a way to submit for human review. Not everything has to be AI managed.

Slow app
App takes too long to load anything and everything. From switch tabs to clicking on each button, it acts as if it’s 1990s dialup reaction time.
Love the app but…
It seems to be much slower than it was when I first joined. Waiting for things to load makes me a little frustrated.
Poor AI Configuration
Receipts are reviewed by AI and rejected. I do not think that many people know that you can request a manual review. When I do that, more than 95% of what i submit are then accepted.
Was a good app but….
I used this app for about 5 years and it was great! It was 10 receipts and I would get $10. Simple, easy. Then they changed the value. Now my shopping trip to Walmart is only worth $0.10. So not worth it anymore. I deleted the app and today I came across it and decided to download it again. When I saw nothing changed as far as the receipts, I decided to write this review and I’ll be deleting the app….again.

The app constantly logs me out while running in the background.
Needs bug fixes asap
Constantly being logged out, have sign in, forgets settings, very annoying. Good concept but please fix these bugs.

Constant requires approvals
The app constantly requires me to log in now and apply approvals consents to their terms and conditions every time I use it. Getting extremely annoying. It been doing it for a long time now and hasn’t been fixed.
