App inconsistencies
All the time cars can just fall off the tracking so you can’t see what’s around you anymore. The blue bart at the bottom of the screen once a taxi is coming, that takes seconds too long to switch to telling you how far away your taxi is with the progress map screen. The app can be in the background and when you come back in, it takes seconds too long to show the map stuff again too

Trying to register but app not sending authorisation code, have tried several times. Not a good introduction!!

Rush hour pick up
A BIG BIG thank you for the driver who picked me up at NGH eye dept this evening. Prompt arrival - very heavy traffic - he did an amazing job avoiding by using back roads and common sense. 8 mins to home in Chulmleigh walk. Very polite -Excellent service Thankyou
Doesn’t work
Tracking doesn’t update. Try to call and it says your car is 3 minutes away when it’s not. Please give me Uber !
