I went to work almost every day and I always registered my fueling transactions on my phone number. We are in May 2026. I looked at my points. The last transaction recorded was in April 2025!!! What a rip off

This app is ridiculous! A waste of time! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; I'll only regret it.
Military Discount
How about offering a universal Military Discount for the entire AMBest network and include all the franchises as well and for them to show some respect to veterans like me. 15-20% off on all food, drinks, and general merchandise. 10% discount on all fluids like oil, antifreeze, washer fluid, additives, 8% discount on all clothes up to $100, thereafter the discount will increase by 2% for every additional $15 and max out at 30% off. Offer 15% discount on all tobacco and alcohol(provided that any individual state doesn’t have laws preventing that). Offer 20% off on all electronics up to a $375 limit, free parking for veterans at all AMBEST locations, and 7 free curtesy showers per month separate from showers earned from points and per 75gallons. If veterans see such a program and gets information about the discount for veterans becomes known the word will get passed around by word of mouth and rent a few billboard signs and spread them around like Buc-ee’s does. For example a billboard saying “You will arrive at Buc-ee’s in 650 miles” and put more signs up like that the closer a driver gets to them.

Everyone else is saying. The app works sometimes and sometimes it just locks up.

They scam on points and showers ,not worth to fuel at their location as long they not cheaper than big retailers,at least those one are not scamming, Also their app is bad too
What’s the point?
App is worthless. Never works right. Cant even register my card. And shower points expire so fast you don’t have time to use them. Just pointless to even have an AMBEST card altogether.

The map and location finder absolutely sucks now. It’s almost like they don’t want you to find a location!

This is the worst app I have seen in my life. It is made to decorate the phone’s screen only. It doesn't work at all.

Registration of an account and adding the card was the nightmare.

This app is horrible. Cannot get points or shower balance. I usually have to go inside and ask the cashier for my balances because this app doesn’t work. Developers should scrap it and start over.
End Goal?
So what’s the point of this app? It seems to me like it’s meant for failure. I had it for a long time and didn’t think much of it when it would lag or have other issues. I thought that an update would fix it. But that wasn’t the case. And not that I think you guys care but many of us have lost hope in your reward points system. In the meanwhile I would consume where my business is better appreciated.

Not letting me sign in
Went to check my balances and realized I have been signed out of app not sure how long ago that was but it won’t let me sign back in says wrong email and or pass code called AMBEST she helped me but still won’t let me sign in to check balances says same thing. The woman said she couldn’t help me if I was typing everything correctly which I verified with her but still nothing. So writing this review so they will look into this matter. Don’t know if I’m only one having problem.
