New update
I’ve been using this service for years doctors are great since the update last week app wnt let me login says I need admin approval or that I’m not a registered user app support would be great
Great People and Knowledgeable
I have gone there and have used this app for a while now. They are so friendly and care about what’s going on with you. I would give 10 stars if I could! The check in to the nurse and seeing the doctor! They are fast and professional!
Glitches
I called Ambient for inquire about covid testing. They said my child has to be see. Through the app. The app does not have the button to “add account” any more. The operator suggested I delete the app, then re-download. I did. The option to add a person to my account still was not available. The “help” link, was no help. Useless.

Technology issues
Waited for 23 people before me and then they disconnected me when I reconnected and called they told me there would be 22 people in front of me again due to a technical issue did not use the return phone call number that I provided waste of my time for over four hours today
Quick, quality care.
I waited an hour on a telehealth website recommended by our insurance. In less than the amount of time I waited on that website, I was able to download Ambient Care, register an account, request a visit, input all my information, triage, and be seen by a provider. It was just as quick and simple as going into the office, and I got to see the same provider as well. Much recommended. Very efficient and friendly service. Will definitely use again.
