Horrible Connection Problems
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
The system only works about a quarter of the time because the controller isn’t able to connect to the app. I have repeatedly tried following the set up guide and it does nothing. I have sent several emails asking for support and have heard nothing at all.

I love ambivision pro
That works good but its hard to figure out how to set everything up, need to watch the video
Would not recommend
Initially sent me one unity despite having ordered two. They were extremely slow to respond when trying to resolve the situation. When the second service finally arrived and I found time to install them, I was unable to set up the system due to their little to no instructions, buggy app that crashes constantly and fails to link during setup, and the company's disregard for customer service.

Very poor for such a price
Constantly switches off, won’t update, when finally does work all the leds go white every few minutes. There are no clear instructions on how to set up the app so you can get perfect led to screen lighting. Set up video is poor and does not explain what all the settings do in depth. This cost me £197 and certainly does not do what was promised. Very inclined to demand a refund unless someone from ambivision can sort this rubbish out.

Won’t connect
Won’t connect to my home WiFi network and say it can’t find magic link very annoying just want it to work cause it’s not cheap 🤬
Don’t work after connecting to home WiFi
I can connect to it but when I put my WiFi in it stops working. And can not connect to it via the WiFi home network , surely you could show a list of all networks instead of doing it like this
Software & Company Half Baked
I contacted Ambivision serval times prior to ordering this device. They were slow to respond and always had a excuse why it took so long. I made the mistake of trusting Ambivision when they told me they were restructuring. They had just built a new website so I believed it. I was assured they were updating their software to support Alexa and Google shortly after. The software is at best a beta that is a over a year old. The software becomes unresponsive and having to force quit it and relaunch it again to be able to control light again. They are terrible responding for support sometimes several days to return message. I wouldn’t purchase this device if I had a chance to it over again. Save your money!
