The app is useful in helping one to forge authentic and deep connections. It has a friendly interface that is easy to navigate! Would highly recommend people who are looking for connections to give it a shot!

I highly recommend amble to anybody to have meaningful and wholesome conversations with other fellow likeminded people! The concept is very well thought out and well designed!
new feature edge cases not handled
Assuming I had 200 aura points, and spent it on 2 requests. Both requests parties are no longer on the app. There’s no button to retrace, so now I’m down with 0 aura points. Do I uninstall the app now, as hypothetically, it would occur the subsequent rounds ^
Love the virtual social events
The virtual social events are very fast paced and fun! Prompts keep coming up and you are constantly engaged and chatting with your match during the event - replies are instant unlike typical apps where you wait a day for replies

Pretty sure 80% are just ladies. Sounds nice on paper till you realise the fakeness and “positive vibes” only echo chamber within, that the app pushes and rewards.
A bit of a time waster
I tried out this app for two weeks, typing and waiting and I got matched with 2 very weird characters that were completely incompatible with me or ghosted. The app requires you to waste a lot of time, keying in information and responding to prompts that after a while, you just end up typing for the sake of it. Unless you buy tokens you wait like days to be matched, highly not recommended for people who are looking for real connections and don't really have that much time to waste. Yes it's something different but not something better just because it uses AI (how does that improve human connections?). Definitely for gen z or Millenials with no real jobs and time to waste.

Disappointing Experience - Needs Major Improvements
The concept is interesting, but the execution falls short. Requiring a specific “aura” to unlock matches is overly restrictive and limits genuine opportunities to connect. Daily prompts are repetitive, and the reward system (5 points per response) feels unmotivating. Most matches either don’t respond or engage minimally, making the experience feel like a waste of time. The app needs better matching algorithms, more flexibility, and real incentives to improve engagement. I had high hopes, but right now it’s just not delivering.

Very intentional and lighthearted!
i really love the interface firstly, as it makes the experience very warm and comforting. i also like the idea of how we can meet friends based on conversations and not looks, making the entire experience genuine and fun!
Can’t delete account if you quit
Followed the official steps: submitted a 3rd party form for account deletion, sent a follow up email, but no response. Account still exists.

Something Different:
1. When you sign up, the app asks you to write a short self-introduction so they can decide if you’re the right fit. This is very different from other apps. I think it’s a good way to filter out certain people, but of course, it also means fewer people will join. I’m not sure what the creator’s ultimate goal is, but okay lah.
2. The app gives you questions to answer, and you earn Aura for each response. The more thoughtful (and longer) your answer, the more Aura you get. So you can’t just type “hi” and expect to get much.
3. You need to spend Aura to find a match. This greatly slows down the speed at which users can swipe, and since there aren’t many users to begin with, I think it’s actually the right move. It forces people to be more intentional instead of just mindlessly swiping.
4. I think they also have a campaign for faster matching, but I might have missed it, so I never got to experience it.
Something I Feel Could Be Improved:
1. It’s good that the app prompts conversation questions, but if my match and I have a lot to talk about from the previous topic, we should be able to continue without rushing. Maybe slow down how quickly the new prompts appear.
2. It would be helpful if the prompt stayed pinned at the top of the conversation, or if there was a “conversation topics” window. That way, we can easily track what our match has replied to, or pick a new topic to discuss.
3. I like the “Daily Thoughts” section on the opening screen. it’s fun to answer a new question every day. But sometimes the questions feel a little off, like “When you meet someone for the first time, what do you want them to think about you?” It’s not bad, but it feels more awkward than insightful.
4. It would be great if the app allowed users to choose topics they enjoy and then match with people who share similar interests or thoughts. This could make conversations more natural and enjoyable from the start.
Overall:
It’s not your typical dating app. It’s slower, more curated, and feels like it’s built for people who genuinely want proper conversations instead of just collecting matches.

Surprisingly Refeeshing
I don’t usually leave app reviews, but this one’s worth it. Amble is honestly pretty good: super unique concept and the features are actually interesting. The way it gets you into real, thoughtful conversations is refreshing compared to everything else out there. Definitely feels like something different in the best way.
