Easy to subscribe to tags. Set notifications and I only get notices for the things my child does at school like rugby and art club. Great app. Thanks ATC.

Does not work on mobile network
I have closed, reset, deleted and reloaded and this does not work on a mobile network. Only on wifi. Currently practically useless as I need to find my son’s latest sport notification and can’t.
Doesn’t load
I can’t use the App, I go to use it and it says that there is not internet, ‘Oops, something went wrong, this could be related to your internet’. I can’t use the app even though my internet is fine
Update?
I keep receiving a prompt to update, however there is no update available??
Download not avail
The app has been prompting me for months to download an update and yet when you go to App Store there is no download or option to download! Extremely frustrating! Please fix

Most frustrating app I have had to deal with. You need to fix it. I have been trying to download the update for 3 months. Gave up! But now I can’t access anything. Useless!!!
Bad user experience
Bad user friendly experience for iPhone 10. Constantly freezes only way I get information in to keep deleting the app after it freezes. Worth user experience I’ve had on the new iPhone. The problem is that it is the only means on communication the school uses to get info out to parents. Needs fixing ASAP.

You broke it!
Last update has caused all sorts of problem with the ATC app. I now get notifications for ALL sports even though I’m only subscribed to cricket.
Also there are 23 notices to read but once opened on 2 unread and you can’t open them. Very frustrating.
Also receive all year levels and all cultural groups but again only subscribed to 1 in each.
Please fix this.
