This app barely even functions
This app has pretty much ruined Dark Winds for me. Freezes all the time. Have to close and restart episodes and then watch all the commercials all over again. Just absolutely garbage app. Actually just quit using it altogether and watch Dark Winds on Verizon now.

Doesn’t even have a way to search for a shoe or movie.

This app literally doesn’t open. Unistalled and reinstalled and nothing. Always an error 503.

Does not link well to screenplay or Air play. Constantly kicks out while watching and some shows don’t play

App (at least on my Apple TV) ignores existing login, ignores registered provider settings, makes me dredge up login information every time they force a new unnecessary and unwanted update. And for this aggravation, I’m paying several hundred a month for a cable “package” that I have no control of its content. Hope you realize why you will be chapter 11 when more and more decide you just ain’t worth it.

AMC mobile app
I downloaded the app and it asks for a passcode to sign in and when I put in an and it says user not found.
It doesn’t give up an option to set up an account. I just gave up.

Yet Again FORGETS MY PROVIDER
You pay a fortune for cable, you link your provider with your iOS device, and the AMC app coders can’t be bothered retaining your credentials from one app update to the next.

Used to be able to watch the AMC app via spectrum without issue. We changed to Altafiber and the app will not allow sign in, though the channel is part of our package. I’ve tried contacting support who sends me to AMC+, been a constant run around over a week now. They gave me a phone number to call, and when I did that, the lady was very rude and kept talking over me to keep telling me she is just a receptionist and cannot help me. Very aggravating, I enjoyed this app when it worked with Spectrum, not sure why it wont work now, and no one can tell me why…

This thing is just hot garbage. Don’t even think about pausing or moving forward or backwards. It will most likely just freeze requiring you to exit and come back. Even the ads are buggy. The entire ad break just repeats the same ad back to back up to 10 times in a row. I mean seriously back to back to back to back etc.

This app is horrible on the Apple TV, I was watching on one room and tried to finish on another one and it kicked me back to the beginning of the show I was watching, to fast forward I to see all the commercials all over again and the worst thing is that the same commercial is repeated over and over. Ridiculous.

Just got the membership today
Just got the membership today and I seen Braveheart on it. I thought I’d watch a while. I go to sleep. Randomly it’s gone now. It says it’s only on Paramount. I chat with AI and it says it’s definitely supposed to be on there. What a rip off.
Issues Signing in with my provider
Can not sign in with my providers credentials. Tells me I choose wrong provider even though my correct provider name is showing on sign in. Tried to get support only provided thru email and couldn’t even email them because it said page was experiencing issues. There no way to contact technical support. Theres no way to sign in thru my provider.

Lacking features
Looks like everyone’s been complaining about the same stuff for months. I don’t know how they haven’t address it yet. Looks like they want the app to fail.

No search. Scroll through a list of unalphabetized movies to find what you want. AirPlay has never worked and never will. Did I mention NO SEARCH??
