My account was charged, but the ticket doesn't appear in the ticket history.
I bought 4 tickets (worth 300/- rupees) for the riverfront flower show today using this app, they charged me but no tickets showed up. I couldn't get in, so I had to buy offline tickets(worth 300/- rupees). Please refund my money to the original payment method as soon as possible.

The app doesn't allow the user to sign up. If i click on sign up after entering the required details, nothing happens!!! What nonsense app is this? Maybe the company couldn't afford professional developers and hired a bunch of local college interns to build this pathetic app. Very poor experience!!
