App isn’t well formatted.
The app takes up the whole screen of the phone, so if I wanted to hit the hamburger menu it’s difficult since the time, battery life, WiFi, etc is all on top if it,

Needs a big upgrade.
I got it mainly for the spooky grandmother. Can’t figure out how to “upgrade to premium” since some things are free. The app completely won’t load now and just says “checking for updates” with a spinner in the middle. It’s like a YouTube kids feel to it. Just needs some upgrading and hopefully it won’t be as Janky.

Terrible App
I used to love this app when I was Eight years old until 2021, I was freaking out because of Ribbits fantasy Riddles. Make this app something else
Couldn’t Get it to Work
I created and verified my account according to the instructions. But when I tried to watch one of the free shows, it wouldn’t load. I tried restarting the app but it didn’t work. Then I wondered if it was a network problem. So, I tried watching some videos on YouTube and they worked fine. I’m convinced that it’s a problem with the app. Not to mention the fact that a lot of the shows are unfairly blocked behind a paid subscription. If you’re looking for quality kids content, there are plenty of other streaming services to pick from.

No Sound!
I tested multiple videos and no sound on any of them! I know it’s a free app but having sound would be nice. Would rate 0 stars if I could 😤😡

I love it but these shows used to play on qubo in Spanish. Y’all should think about adding different languages.

I downloaded and paid for the upgrade only to find out that neither our iPad or phone app has working sound. I have not had this issue with any other app. This needs to be updated ASAP!
Content is good, but the app and the Roku app kind of stink
There’s no way to save favorites, create a watch list or a continued watching section. Every time you want to watch something specific you have to type it in which is a bit of an arduous task for my kids when they want to watch Skinnamarink Tv.... again, I like the content a lot and so do my kids, but the apps definitely need work.
